I am a firefighter in Orange County California, and I do these workouts at work. So, everything you do is basically my training. :)

I'm very honored to receive your words 🙏 thank you very much! To hear that these workouts have changed the life of someone I greatly admire is surreal and inspiring. Thank you so much for your service as a firefighter, for your courage and incredible capability.
Your comment has inspired me to see the impact that teaching mace flow can have, thank you brother. I'm saving your comment and will read it when I need a reminder to serve.
I hope to live on this beautiful Earth for as long as God wills, and I hope you will be here with me to count the years :)

I am 65 and started steel mace (and steel clubs) with my physio doctor for some elbow rehab about a year ago. I was amazed how such simple tools be be so effective and love it. I have since purchased my own for my home gym. I have been looking for some good flow instruction for some time and today i found your videos. They are excellent! The way you break things down makes it so easy to learn. Thank you for your dedication to teaching this amazing way of keeping young!

Your story is so inspiring to me! It's incredible to hear that the steel mace and steel clubs have made such a big difference in how your body feels. Love hearing that they're keeping you young!!
And thank you so much for your kind praise of my videos and instruction. I started steel mace training to heal my shoulders, and along the way discovered how fun this practice truly is. My goal is to make the healing and joy of this practice accessible to everyone.
Enjoy your steel mace and club practice! If you're interested in diving a little deeper than these videos go, I invite you to join my free Flow Fridays newsletter which provides more coaching tips and workouts. You can sign up here! www.flowmadesimple.com/flow-fridays-signup
May the mace be with you!

Looping forward to your course. Need to buy a 4kg mace as well, my 6kg is too heavy for some of these

I'm very excited for the course too! 4kg is a great weight - very versatile and ideal for learning and mastering new movements. 6 kg is an excellent weight too and I'm glad you have it! I've been using my 6 kg recently and really like how it feels.

Love this one! Where día you learn the names of the movements and stances?

I'm glad you like it! I've mostly picked up the names along the way, or just use generic names to more easily communicate, but the Crescent Cut was something I learned from Jamie Pinto, one of the best Steel Mace Coaches in the world. Such a cool move!
