Only discovered this group through their incredible cover of "White Rabbit," but have been amazed by each and every subsequent performance that I'ver seen. THEY are not only incredible - beyond the awesome vocals of Bonnie Paine - but each of the instrumentalists (viola, guitar, bass) are so totally awesome! I clearly need to win the PowerBall so I can bring them to our local venue out in the middle of nowhere !!!!!!!!!!

@@JohnBender1313 it was my love of Tool that brought me here too. I can scarcely believe it led me to a band who straddle all the sub-genres of music I typically can't be arsed with, and yet I think they're one of the best bands I've ever heard! 😅
This song has literally become one of my all time favorite songs.
You can feel such a restrained power from ER. It's is intense.

I’m a little confused. Not about how much I am astounded by and in love with their music. I only found them a week ago and started researching about them. I don’t know whether they are still performing together, but from what I’ve read, it appears not. Life moves us on and I can live with that. But I’m gonna mourn if they’re not together.
I believe they are playing a show in March 2023 in Denver, but we'll see.

My understanding is that they never "broke up" but they didn't want to be a band touring full-time anymore. So each individual member is pursuing their own thing, but they still play shows together occasionally.

Have come to love Elephant Revival! Wow, such incredible lyrics and musicality - everyone is so totally wesome, from the violin to the vocals, the upright bass and guitar to the incredible percussion and banjo work. Just so totally awesome across the spectrum!
Bonnie is a fabulous vocalist and the band are sensational.
Heard these folks on a radio show. Very unusual voice lead singer has. Sounds like a bird singing in an English Voice. Very refreshing! All the instruments just compliment the body of each song.
Genius, this song gets me in touch with nature when I can't. But when I can is coming with me too. Love yall!!

Fortunate enough to hear them in Lake Placid last year ...free concert downtown that we stumbled upon after hiking all day ...absolutely amazing concert ...live music of this caliber on a Tuesday! Been listening to them ever since. Enjoy.

This is my favorite ER tune. I haven't checked, but I'd bet Bonnie wrote the lyrics. She truly seems to enjoy singing it and that comes out in her voice.

The lead singer reminds me of Natalie Merchant. The music is sublime ~ hints of Americana, far east, classical, native american.
Further back in time, Melaine come to mind. lol

Rumour was they did break up (a personal relatonship with Bonnie and went south), but at least as a group they apparently decided it would be better to get back together for the wonderful music they produced together. May we hope it is so.
One of my urrent favorite bands covering one of all time favorite bands...and who knew this folk group could do industrial rock with such brilliance!!
