I love how your home is flooded with light. That rooftop garden/patio area is everything! I grew up in the Bronx, and left NY thirty years ago. I've lived in nice apartments in affordable states, but there's nothing quite like NYC. I've found having peace as the main ingredient everywhere I lived, is what made my spaces home. You did an excellent job achieving that, in your home.
This is basically my dream apartment. It's so sunny and full of plants and pops of color. So inviting.
these videos would get a lot more views if they were longer, slower and had less panning and cutting - that is if they were easier to actually watch and understand. interiors videos shouldn’t flow like music videos - it confuses the eye. please rethink this AT because your website is so dope!

A litter box in a bedroom is never a good idea, especially if your sickly.
And especially now. Hope she's well.
I was thinking that. If she is that fragile I think a cat is a poor choice for another creature inhabiting her space. But, perhaps she balances the risk with the pleasure she derives from the pet. Hmm...
I have my cat's litter box in my bedroom and it's never been an issue with smell or anything. Only problem is that he gets litter on the floor sometimes.
But every time there is a cat in a home design video the litter box should ALWAYS be shown.

It is much more realistic than tiny house. I love the plants. It make apartment looks no less than house/town house. One do not need a piece of lands to enjoy plants. and less work too. Nice idea to learn from it.

I dont think a stylish space is what was foremost in this lady's mind when she did her apartment. But it works anyway. I like this place as much if not more than a professionally designed apartment.

My sister and I are also chronically ill 🤒. I have chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia and irritable bowel syndrome. My sister has severe multiple chemical sensitivity. I haven't been looking after myself lately and I'm paying the price. I know the struggle is real. God bless 🙌 you.

I love this apartment!
I had an auto immune condition. When I contemplated, what self sabotaging thoughts I had, I could recall and then the auto immune condition vanished into thin air. My doctor was suggesting one year's medication with steroids. I stopped medicines the moment I could recall my self sabotaging thought.

She probably is lucky by not having a chewer in the first place. My cat was never interested in chewing anything so there was no trick, really. I could bring in all the plants I wanted. Now that she passed away I'm scared of adopting another cat... what am I gonna do if it turns out being a chewer?! 😂
Seriously, I had the same question... I would love to have plants but my cat would eat all of them.
Ask your vet ... she's sure to have some valuable tips.

Good point about plants filtering air, but i've aso heard that indoor plants can harbour mould. I'm just thinking that if it's okay with this person's lungs seeing she has compromised lungs, it may be okay for those with eczema to live with a few plants in the house, because they too can be sensitive to mould.
