How to Fix Dometic 300 Toilet Smell Issue

There is a recall for the Dometic 300 toilet due to issues with the seals1234. The seals can separate and allow body waste to enter the interior parts of the toilet, causing clogs and other plumbing problems13. If you have a Dometic 300 toilet and are still under warranty, you can receive a replacement 310 toilet model14. To claim the recall, find your toilet's model number and serial number and call the Dometic Service Center at 800-321-98855. The representative can help you order a functioning replacement model or an upgrade to a 310 or 320 model for a fee.
***Update 6-17-24 Since doing this we have had no more issues and smell is totally gone. Still working well after 1 1/2 years.****

We did not need to replace seal as we used silicone to seal between the bowls. But the ball seal is amzn.to/3YAWvVB
