Dometic 300 toilets have a huge problem whereas they leak into the back of the tank and get nasty water all over. If your toilet is under 3 years old, reach out here: Phone Number: 800-321-9886
Tell them you have a Dometic 300 and they will take over from there and replace your toilet.
If not, you can buy another upgraded model that wont have that problem here: amzn.to/3wCat88

We called Dometic and they are sending us a new toilet! We have a 2018 Keystone Bullet, new to us - I guess we got someone nice! Thanks!
Thanks for the information. Looks like I'm going to be taking my toilet out and look for that seal to replace
Thank you for your video. It helped a lot. Just a pointer. I took mine apart and put silicon on the gasket that was causing the water to hold in the back. It is working great now. No smell.
Same issue here. Temporarily used a flashlight and rolled up some paper towels longways to reach down in there to soak and wick up the juice. I will find a more proper way to clean up or a permanent fix to replace the toilet.
So appreciate your video! Exact same problem! No leaking though!
Glad to help
Your facial expressions and manner of speaking really sell this problem!
Yeah, it was not a fun ordeal!
Just change mine in my rv I brought the 310 model brown urine water and waste was in back of the toilet
@@whatyouwant29102 How is the 310, my new 300 seems to make more noise when you sit on it than the old one.
@@whatyouwant29102 did the 310 work better? Any build up in the back?
How does it get in there?
I just called, and they were really quick to offer a replacement. Unfortunately, they are back ordered. Won’t get to Dometic for a month.
we have the same issue, when we flush the water is clear, but when we go back in to use it there is a dark yellow liquid inside
we are having this problem .... hopefully my husband can fix it
@lorenzovaughn. Did the 310 work better?
The title is a lie, the video, doesn’t say the problem is solved
We bought our camper secondhand, so unfortunately, not covered under warranty. There is no way she had never heard of this before. It is so prevalent. We were camping the first time it occurred and I had no idea what was going on. We were newbies and I googled and found out what it was right away. This was after we replaced the seal inside thinking it was dried out or whatever. But no, the smell was still there. Anyway, we toughed it out and when we got home my husband took the toilet out and siliconed all the places. No smell! But one year and two trips later and “It’s baaaacckkk!!!” I am over this nasty stinking toilet. We are getting a new one and I’m not sure it will be a Dometic because they appear to be in denial or either they are liars. 💩💩💩💩💩
She's probably never heard of it happening because it was her first day.
Can you give us the email adress for Dometic please ? We had the same fuc%&$* problem this weekend. Thank
Ugh!!
