This helped a lot, I was visiting family and my grandmas car died, we found it to be the fuel pump, watched the vid and boom she starts every time without hassle, thanks!
I couldn’t even watch your video to the end. When I realized you had no jack stands or anything. I know the video wouldn’t have been posted if you’d been crusted under it but just the same. At least throw the tire you took off under the car so it can’t fall to the ground. Please edit your video with the recommendations of jack stands or blocks or something under the vehicle before someone gets hurt badly. Just saying !
I'm getting intermittent chugging, little power, and random stalls while driving. Runs fine at idle. I have a code for running lean. Going to give this a shot to see if it fixes.
yo what's up! hey sometimes my 04 crossfire feels like it loses power (or chugs) when I accelerate lightly, or decelerate lightly (low RPMs), once it took a couple seconds of spins to start it, and it idols a little bit rough... one time at low speed it chugged and felt like it was going to shut off... otherwise, the car accelerates quickly. If I put my foot to the floor it goes. the problem is mostly at low speeds/RPMs. I only owned it for 1 week. and it only has 32,000 miles on it. looks really clean under the hood, and under the body. it was garage kept by an older dude. any ideas? Should I start with a fuel filter? and if I do, what fuel filter should I buy? and is this a job a noob can handle? because I couldn't hear you too well in this video lol. Subscribed! Thanks buddy
I would start with spark plugs and fuel filter. This would be the best place to start it also would not hurt to clean the throttle body and MAF sensor.
Good content in your video, but that loud music that was playing while you were talking during the first half of the video is really freaking annoying. I was paying attention to what you were doing and trying to listen to what you were saying but it was nearly impossible with the music. When you are talking please edit out the music.
@@christinastender4292 the fuel pump relay is located inside the RCM its located on the passenger side in th engine bay just in front of the battery. I have a video that covers removing and inspecting the rcm.
@@christinastender4292 the only thing in the trunk is the central locking module it's a medium size black box in the trunk under the flap for the air pump it will be on the passenger side it just controls the locking/unlocking cylinders for the doors and trunk.

Glad I could help.
Your grandma drive as SRT6?
What fuel pump did you use/get? How much was it? Is there a difference between the srt6 fuel pump and the naturally aspirated fuel pump?
I am wondering if a cheaper option is going to be ok to use. On Amazon $70. Others $210 to $235.
I looked at the spec on rockauto between the srt6 and a na crossfire and the gph for flow was about the same between 50-30
Time to invest in some jack stands.
I agree.
U ever tried to put them on that car??? 😆

Thank you for the feedback. I am glad you found the information useful, and I will definitely edit the music out asap.
@@justastreetcar4273 You bet. Great instructional video. The part I am talking about is from 2:03 to 3:05.
If you want to live much longer you might want to invest in some jack stands. NEVER trust a jack alone!
Axle stands u worried about fire extinguisher axle stands would have been a better safety thing
Fuel pump is not priming????
I just change the fuel pump and it's doing the same thing😭😭😭
Is it not starting completely or is it turn the key s couple of times before it starts?
@@justastreetcar4273 yes it will start for a second. So I just changed the crankshaft position sensor and it's still doing this
Where is the fuel pump relay fuse in the crossfire a lot of the Chrysler's are in the trunk
