The Bluetooth delay when watching movies is ONLY in "Paired, Dual Stereo mode" - each speaker playing both channels NOT in paired Stereo mode (each speaker playing left or right channel only. They say it exactly like that, when the speakers are in DUAL MODE. This is true, from my testing, and you may want to test it yourself.
I've used a pair for 2 years. There's 2 forms of stereo. Each speaker is stereo in one mode. You can put 2 oontz in separate rooms and each will have stereo coming out.If you put 2 in the same room, you can command them to be left and right speakers. I use them all the time in my car, they're on my dash and the sticky feet keep them planted well.
as I said on the comments on the other video I have this speaker but to be honest, getting mine last year in 2021 .. i have no idea if mine is "third gen" or "fourth gen" .... mine was not labeled as "fourth gen" when i bought it so if they changed the tuning from what I am say. I still say they can sound a little bit too "boomy" at times ... say the base sort of bleeding into the low mids depending on the track ... what i really mean is compared to the Tribit Sound Surfs I have ... they have a little bit more CLARITY but ... everything else about my Oontz Angle 3 Ultra I love (the app could be improved but i RARELY use it other than to seeing what the app was like) ... and really even the sound profile ... it not only DOESN'T sound bad in my view ... the sound profile actually has grown on me. And also watching as I type this ... even without it being near Max volume that bass distorts the clarity a bit even at lower volumes but ... also i have heard (sound QUALITY WISE ... not just volume) FAR FAR worse. sound quality wise I like my Tribit XSound Surf (it has multi speaker pairing too) better but that suffers from having lower battery life than this speaker ... by a bit I would totally recommend either one though. And as I said ... I am saying this with my Oontz Angle 3 Ultra ... if they turned the 4th Gen Ultra a little different ... than I may have a different opinion of that one
Hi Xmetal - I'm not sure if they changed the tuning either. I think the Ultra is way better than the "shower" version however. If you can pick it up for $34, it's a good choice. I'll have to check out that Tribit you mentioned, it sounds like a good product
I just bought two Oontz Pro speakers on Amazon for just under $108. They are SUPERB! A little trying to pair but I managed, but it is not easy. As of Monday February 13 I returned the speakers and bought 4 Tribit Storm Box Pro speakers and they are so amazing and clear that it’s like I bought Sonos speakers. Completely water proof, tiny and they pair very easy. It cost me $400 but so worth it. I wanted superb crisp sound quality and major bass. These speakers OVER DELIVER!
i just got mine today from amazon for $25 and it sure is loud even at 50% loud or a bit less and it sounds crisp and clear but once you go 80 to 100 percent it gets too loud and is kinda annoying. i am thinking of buying another one since it is half off right now. i just needed a replacement speaker since my laptop speakers blew out. lol
I like that you showed the instructions for using two speakers in stereo, which I wondered about and no one has bothered to cover in any other speaker reviews I've seen. Now are the arrow controls to change track I assume? Also, on the comment you made about the Oontz name, I would have to say that's exactly where the name comes from. Now about what you said about the subbass range, would the Angle 3 Pro maybe handle that?
Hi Fox - lol, it's fun to say for sure. Oontz manual is first-class - how to connect in stereo and beyond is well covered. The arrows do the tracks. In terms of bass, size definitely matters. The Angle 3 Pro should pack more punch (40% larger drivers, more internal air space, larger passive radiator). It's weird though, the amazon reviews I read about the Pro aren't raving about the Pro.
@@SoZenGadgets Q: my primary need is a car dashboard-top speaker, that can pair to my iphone and be able to take handsfree calls on it. Can it do that....and can more than one smartphone pair to it simultaneously?

Sounds great I use it out side when drinking coffee in the morning, very nice recommended
Enjoy!

If I have an oontz angle 3 ultra, will the 4th gen pair w it?
Forget oontz! Just buy JBL products. Im a former oontz angle 3 ultra user but the bass sucks so I went to JBL charge 5 for balanced eq.
@@pinroshan020 you obviously have never used an equalizer before, the oontz is better
Does it require being turned on when using aux cable or adjusting volume?
It seems like in order to get any sound out of the speaker, you have to turn it on. It doesn't have an auto on function that I'm aware of
We should aware to our 'silent wisdom' If we wanna check the SOUND Device QUALITY, check it with '80 MUSIC. Otherwise it sound like a "boo" 🔉
Your "music" drowned out your voice. I couldn't understand what you were saying.
which is what he really meant to do. to demonstrate how powerful the speakers are
The ultra has ultra low volume! I regret buying it. Rather get the oontz angle 3…. Sounds better and louder. I’m so disappointed
