CyRide Training - Complaints - 1986 - 87

  • We made several videos for training where we used drivers to re-create valid complaints that we had received in the previous year. The first scene was a driver who was very courteous, but not helpful, did not make the effort to call dispatcher for information. Second scene was a driver who was concerned about safety, but did not make the effort to call the other bus to wait for the transfer at Kildee.
    Rhonda is the passenger. She was always cheerful and a pleasure to work with. She drove from July, 1986 to October, 1989 and again from September, 1991 to August, 1993.

    Who the hell approved this , imagine dong this today. As the man says in the video “it’s too dangerous “
