  • Michael talks you through his signature circuit style workout. Today it’s focused on back, and it’s a workout with a training partner. 150 reps of back worked in with hand, wrist, and forearm strengthening exercises. The entire workout took them 12 min 40 sec (st their off season weight) with less than a minute break while waiting on back equipment. Here’s the breakdown
    30 reps Lat Pull Down 150 lbs (no stops)
    Backward wrist roll (100 lbs)
    30 reps seated row 150 lbs (no stops)
    Backward wrist roll
    30 reps straight bar pull down 120 lbs (no stops)
    Backward wrist roll
    30 reps low pulley row 200 lbs (no stops)
    Backward wrist roll
    30 reps 1 arm row (120 lbs each arm no stops)
    Straight into 5 rounds of
    30 sec battle rope
    Forward wrist roll (100 lbs)
    10 cable pulls each arm (120 lbs)
