@@DavidOYoga I know the time and effort it takes to get audio right and when you get it right it rather disappears somehow enhancing the experience but not overpowering or distracting --- but get it wrong and it can be painfully obvious!

Managed this this morning then had a minute to join my first meeting, after a cold wet dog nose in my ear during savasana 😂 that standing bent leg stretch was goooood, I’ll be using that again! Looking forward to tomorrow’s practice 💕

I've been doing this every day since the video was uploaded and it really helps my back (I work on a computer all day). I know it says morning yoga but for me, it's a perfect wind-down routine right before bedtime. Thank you for the video.

Yes I hope this video helps you! In my experience to manage sciatica and low back pain long term you will need stretching (like this video) AND strengthening from a more flow based yoga practice in some of my other videos. I hope you explore trying several of my yoga videos along with these stretches to develop a consistent practice that brings you long term relief 🤗❤️
Your teachings are clear n well demonstrated. But for people with sciatica , it’s too painful to do the downward dog or straightening the back leg etc.Sciatica creates great pain n these movements r too harsh. And sciatica may happen on one side . Lying down with breathing is good. I subscribed your channel n I found your teachings r clearly demonstrated. Please consider making a series of sciatic relief program. I would love to learn. Thanks.
I liked the Savasna at the end sitting with my knees on the blocks but I think I would have been better off doing yesterday's abs. I had to use the chair for the blocks and struggled getting into the pose.
