Wild stuff on AliExpress comparison and review when? ☺️
Won't be surprised if most of them actually end up being good because a lot of those companies are just the OEMs of named brands anyways.
I always find it funny that there are some folks and pros that concetrate too much on their perpheral latency when in reality the game network latency plays a bigger factor.
In one gaming session of valorant you can get a change in ping per match for at least 5-10ms, and teammates and enemies have vastly different ping. I agree that peripheral latency doesn't really matter as long as it's decent. Everyone should just focus on their gameplay.
plus I am tired of weight and polling rates are the biggest flaws to these people. I honestly could care less and instead care about how a mouse feels for big handed people.
This is true but this would also be an additive. So if the match has really terrible ping and then you add the latency of all your peripherals. Things can get out of hand very quickly, with that being said unless you are playing at the top level it shouldn't be that big of a deal. However some of the best of the best take all gaming seriously and that is why videos like these are so helpful.
@@vagamer522if you don't care about mice than why watch a video about them lmao obviously this is meant for people who care
network vs input latency are not the same. not even on the same text book.
@@hankstorm3135 and still, both matters in a multiplayer game, there is also server processing time, there are so many latencies that are outside your control, that a 2ms faster mouse wont really make a difference between hitting a target or no (also, click to photon is also a thing, and matter WAY more than click to usb, and is dictated by mouse, usb, controller, CPU, GPU and monitor COMBINED)
Would be nice to include sensor latency too, that would be quite the undertaking though. Ali at Optimum created a pretty nice rig to go about it.
if you like the claw shape , want newer tech, and less weight get the Scyrox V8
Or mad r. I prefer flatter sides so mad r comes out slightly on top
where OP1 8K?
op18k, hts plus, and maya x should be here imo, good video though very nice production
I just stumbled upon your channel the other day and have been thoroughly enjoying all your content. Keep up the great work!
I've been using the Vaxee NP-01S Wireless for the last 1-2 years and it's been really great. The build quality and reliability have been top tier and the form factor really glues itself to my hand. Good luck all on finding your perfect mouse!
If you really liked the x2h mini, maybe you should try the Scyrox V8! Its an X2H Mini with the weight if the Sora V2
Great video! Just wish you included the super lite 2 on the charts based on how popular it is. It now supports up to 8K polling with a firmware update as well.
Maybe it is not available in Germany at the moment
Let me tell you. You should try out the Scyrox V8. It's like a mix of the X2H mini and Sora V2. Also pretty affordable. Such a great mouse. (I have both the X2H mini and Sora V2 for reference).
finally somieone is talking about 8k sensors and 8k clicks... THANK YOU THIS TOPIC IS SO UNDERRATED.
I feel so bad for Xtrfy because the MZ1 Wireless is such a great form and feel. The other stats are nothing to write home about but they are still great. I hardly ever see the MZ1 in anyone reviews and I really think its a hidden gem! I love mine and always see myself coming back to it. I wish they would bring an updated version of it. This way it could bring itself back into the lime light! I really love the feel, look, and estics.
MZ1 is a banger and remains my top 2nd mouse. Waiting for a MZ1 v2.
overpriced piece of crap
got the beastx mini half a year ago and it's my end game as long as it doesn't break lol. So far so good! Previously mained the viper mini, Hati-S, x2 mini, and Maya.
Thank you for this video. Hope new ninjutso sora will be perfect :)
I'm a bit puzzled by your click polling rate graphs, what is Keyboard Inspector actually measuring?
Pzogel from TechPowerUP found a consistent click latency decrease with higher polling rates down to 0.4ms (on the Viper V3), wouldn't that inply a higher than 2khz polling?
Anyways, I'd highly recommend you try the newer chinese-made mice such as the ATK F1/X1, Scyrox V8, Lamzu Maya X or VXE Mad R.
All of these run on the latest CompX firmware and have basically everything you could ask for : 8khz, 3950, Nordic MCU, low latency/esports mode etc.
especially f1 tbh as the x1 shape is the same as the vv3
I also measured about 0.35ms less latency with the viper at 8K than at 4K. My guess is that the latency difference is processing related.
Thanks for the suggestions!
Ich favorisiere aktuell auch die Sora V2, dicht gefolgt von der Finalmouse ULX. Die Beast X ist an dritter Stelle.
Informatives und qualitativ gutes Video, hast einen Follower dazu gewonnen 😊
you can use the scyrox v8 which is 8khz out of the box with a 3950 and really good sensor implementation.
3395 and 3950 sensor is a very minimal difference, compared to sensor changes in the past
also unless you are playing on an extremely high end pc and monitor (300+ fps) theres really no point to 4k or 8k polling
it may give you a "smoother" feel... but the power consumption isnt worth a placebo feeling.
only things that truly matter when picking a mouse are:
- shape
- switch implementation
- skates
- coating
dont feel fomo for a new sensor or polling if you love the shape of your mouse or when looking to buy a new one! these things matter way more.
I find it hard to flaw the DAV3 Wired. I like the weight and the wire literally never touches my pad. It's got 8k, great clicks, perfect shape and texture, great for Fingertip grip at high EDPI, the side buttons are perfect and it's not expensive. I like playing with different mouses so i don't like to say i've found my "endgame" but it's really all i need.
Definitely wanna hear your thoughts on the mad r major and the scyrox v8. Would like to see their latency numbers compared to the sora v2
OGM Pro is the one that made me sell my GPX. I rather have 6 more grams than mushy side buttons. Now I'm using Viper V3
Great use of XLAT with an external solenoid and external switch!
I know I'm not exactly impartial here, but the Finalmouse ULX would have gotten the lowest weight and the best wireless tech (best polling stability, lowest latency numbers) in your review. So unfortunate it's missing from the list.
Great video! What do you think about the tryhrd oni s wireless?
My fav mouse is easy the Lamzu Maya X 8K its the best for my preference
I have a 3700x CPU and for some reason I can't even use 4k pulling rate on any game. I have 2 mice with 8k pulling, one is the Deathadder v3 I feel the stutter every so often
The difference in actual performance is so low that you can basically just ignore 4k and 8k for the most part, 2k is enough for 1600dpi to be fully saturated.
@@kaimuu Yeah I know it's nothing. I'm fine with 1k. Was just wondering if someone else had that issue
@@Vandelay666 i have the 3700x as well i play mostly overwatch and have played on a pulsar x2v2 at different polling rates of 1000 2000 4000hz mostly the cpu just cant keep up with high fps and high polling rates and also comes down to a lot game engines being very limited support for higher polling rates but you can look up the list of pros in fps games who use higher polling rate and its very low because mostly and the end of the fps drop off and game engine bugs with higher polling rate outweighs any said advantage windows also has a lot of problems with higher polling rate so i wouldnt blame the cpu 100% of time
@@Vandelay666 sometimes it's also the game because before I ran apex using dx12 it would skip and stutter whenever I used 4k
just for ur fyi spoked with numerous pro players of diff games . None can feel diff between 1k and 4k pooling rate
I really love my Beast X Max. I'm excited for their new mouse since it looks more similar in shape to my XM2. That might be my endgame.
Hi, great video! I have a quick question. I used to play with the Zowie ZA13, and I think its shape is one of the best. However, there's no wireless version of this mouse. Could you recommend a similar mouse, perhaps from Vaxee? I would really appreciate your opinion. Thanks!
Wireless ZA13 is coming soon :) It should be great mouse since Zowie improved already with U2. The price will be high as always though but if you know you love it just get the real one 👍
It’s the DPI wars all over again I swear… 💀
8K polling offers literally no benefits while killing your battery faster.
That half a millisecond difference ain’t gonna save your ass lil bro! 😂
And often the 8KHz polling doesn't activate until the mouse if flicked around by a korean Starcraft player, or you're having a seizure. 😚
Also need to buy a dongle to actually use 8khz which is sold separately most of the time
Exactly, like guys give me a break with 8k polling, give me a break with 4k polling.... 1-2k is just fine.
Yeah it's also the peak and not maintained 8k
@@ArdaSReal Even if it's stable 8k polling, it's just going to be eating your CPU power and nobody wants that in a competitive shooter.
In the end shape is king xD
Playing valorant without agent voice-overs is a war crime.
Got the gpx 2 years ago. In the past two months i bought the Viper mini signature editon, v3 pro, op1 8k, and beast x 8k to test them against eachother. Long story short, i returned the ones i could and went back to the gpx. Something that no one talks about is software. Logitech and razer have the best software for the games i play imo (at least the best macro support) but i think G hub is better because it doesnt need to run in the backround. Super high polling rates and sensors are pretty overrated tbh. I also shaved about 11g off the gpx while modding it and it definitly noticeable
I have a Steelseries Aerox 9 Wireless. It's light, has more buttons than I'll ever need, and it charges maybe once a week.
So you like x2h shape, lightweight and 8k? Zyrox v8 is waving
where i live, such electronic products are so unbelievably expensive, because they have to be imported from other counties, and that might not sound bad, but it increases their price by like 10x times, if not more
so i really wanted to buy a mouse, but the price is absolutely killing me, so although i dream of buying these mice, i know that if one day i get absolute perfect luck, i can at least buy one, so i really do not want to hypothetically buy one and then regret it, so i really must know the best out of the bunch, this is still all very unlikely to happen anyway so i shouldn't really worry about it
been 2 years since i seriously wanted a mouse, and im still trying to find a way to get one without compromising my morals, i guess im gonna wait until i can get my own job instead of working at somebody's garage, i guess ill wait another 3 years or some
I switched recently from the super light to the sora v2 and it is great
I have an OP1 8k, X2V2 mini and an X2H mini and out of those I prefer the OP1 and X2V2 mini shapes the most. To me the X2H mini shape just feels awkward, not a massive fan but I know it has its fans. My X2H mini has no flexing btw but it's a solid colour. I've heard that those clear shells give up a bit of strength for looks.
OP1 8k and XM2 8k have probably the best tech if you can get over the wire.
Yeah the clear X2H mini definitely has a bit more flex and it creaks more. I have a solid white X2H as well - it's less, but it still flexes and creaks compared to something like the XE-S or U2. Probably need to check out the OP1 at some point...
@@techlessYT Yeah definitely check out the OP1 8k. People who like the X2V2 mini or X2H mini shapes usually love it because it falls somewhere in between both of them. It's built extremely solid as well QC wise.
+1 for checking out the Scyrox V8
Could you make a video about competitive iems?
Curious where you found the software at 8:30. My OGM V2 software looks completely different
Currently using the Fnatic Lamzu Maya 8K
Wonder where that would stack up on your list.
the sora has almost no button cradling deal breaker
i fw your videos heavy
Doesn't Razer use Motion Sync which only "polls" when thered an update? In that case it's not unstable but rather you aren't moving thr mouse fast enough to require 8kHZ instead of, for example, 7.5kHz.
I have it a little easier to pick mice, as I can't do with less than 8 or so thumb buttons. 😅 (still on the ancient Logitech G600)
Scyrox v8 or vxe mad r are both 36-40g and include 8k dongle for ~$70
you forgot the king: WL BeastX
Scyrox V8 is Sora shape, 3950, great coating, 8k hz. Also op18k you might like as similar shape and best performance on the market
no its x2h mini shape
Polycarbonate diff, is just a lightweight and harder material, abs is more softer
U should check out the scyrox v8, it has a similar shape to the sora v2 and x2h mini and is less heavy than the sora v2, has a 3950 and its cheaper, i hope ninjutso releases a sora that one ups the scyrox v8
Since Logitech cut the right side buttons, saved 3 grams and 3 $ and called that mouse pro, everyone jumped onto this train, and now there's barely a truly symmetrical model out there except the pulsar x2a and the older Logitech G1 and Razer viper ultimate. Annoying, to say the least.
dunno I used viper ultimate and now delux m800 ultra and ive enjoyed them a lot, i fingertip with three fingers on top with the pinky on the side and the thumb on the side and the shape is pretty comfortable so Im scared of changing to other mouse as I feel the shape wont fit me, maybe a fingertip will do but those are extremely expensive and my dream mouse is the optimum shorty mouse
After trying the hsk pro I haven't looked back for gaming lol. Took a bit of getting used to but everything else feels sluggish and gigantic now
what program do you use to test the polling rate stability on a mouse?
it shouldve been the scyrox v8 and the mad r since they are so hyped up rn
I feel like a Lamzu mouse is missing, i personnaly love my Lamzu Thorn and i think either thorn or maya wouldve been a good mouse to show in this.
Expected to see endgame gear op1 8k here since there's nothing in the title that says "wireless" but the video is about wireless mice only 😢. You should definitely try that one out
in nutshell: shape and coating are the most important things, second place clicks, third place weight and then latency and tech feature.
For me, weight is absolutely number 1 or two. Weight is the cause for a lot of people finding one shape more or less appealing because of it weighs more, you'll have to use more grip to wield it.
For instance, i just got a 38 gram fingertip mouse, but it weighed the same as my lamzu Atlantis, the size and shape would have been very unwieldy
@@Mr-R.R. Personally, if i had to divide the components that make up a mouse into percentages they would be: 50% shape; 15% clicks; 15% by weight; 10% specifications and 10% quality/solidity.
The shape is very difficult to change, there are very few mice with a changeable hump.
Weight can be reduced with mods; any type, even just different mouse feet make you feel the weight differently, there are a lot of non-destructive modifications that allow you to reduce the weight, get a glass pad that makes the mouse look old but with great shapes and very heavy, still usable today, even the glass mouse feet.
Clicks can break the shape much more, especially if it is a mouse that aims to be only fingertip grip, OP1we was excellent as a shape for fingertip grip, but it weighed too much (can be solved with basic mods) and being able to change the microswitch allowed you to dial in perfect fingertip grip if that's your cup of tea.
The specifications once you acquire a mouse from a fairly renamed brand you are set especially after the GPX.
I put the quality at 10% simply because the solidity gives you a sense of durability, my old zowies still work very well, but I can't say the same about the gwolves mice lol, and I own a zeromouse v34 I put it back in the box because the lack solidity makes me afraid of breaking it, and being limited, once broken I can't buy any more.
for reference I now use a claw/fingertip grip with op1 8k.
Put glass skates on the death adder and now feels like 20g 😮
unfortunately you haven't covered the op18k, i know i know, its a wired mouse, but give it a chance, i heard some absolutely crazy stuff about it, even though it's wired
Is the polling rate effective click latency ?
my sora v2 is creakyyy more than the pulsar you showed in the video i can make it creak with just a pinky on each side with some pressure though this is after 6 months of use and the left and right click had a ton of play out of the box but other than that it is great mouse if the shape is right for you
Both of my X2H Mini and X2V2 mini has no creaking, but my Sora V2 does creak a little bit, must be QC issue.
i just want a mouse that lasts more than 2 years without double clicking or scroll wheel going the opposite way
Nah now you gotta review the Scyrox V8 because these are expenny, and speaking of expensive I wanna see you suffer through the G-WOLVES HTR Pro 8K. It's actually a good "mouse" tho I will say.
I mean how is Endgame op1 8k not in your endgame list? 🤣
Polling rate at the moment is not great 1k - 8k polling rate can cause lag because it sends too much data... this is a bit of a scam i dont even recommend , in the end its all about the grip and feel heck even a A+ Horus is enough as long as you feel nice with it..
Best 1080p 24 inch monitor under 300€?
now compare sora v2 with vxe r1 pro for its value and vxe mad r major for its value at endgame specs
Lamzu Maya and Scyrox V8 should replace half the mice in this video.
Having owed most of all you have in the vid the maya has become my main and the scyrox is a better version of those hump type you have here
My go g502x lightspeed trains my bicep and goes brr, goated
Meanwhile here i am with my G502 which is heavy as a brick with all extra weights.
Lmao. Ill see you next week or month for another "endgame"
I fell down the mouse rabbit hole and tried well over 30mice, sent most of them back but honestly companies are not brave enough anymore. Every new mouse is the same shape over and over again. Slightly bigger or smaller but overall, nothing interesting. So many mice feel exactly the same. There's like the EC clones, the G pro Clones, the XM1 clones and the Razer viper clones and they all feel the same.
Attack Shark R2??
fuck the new small and light mice trend i just want a mouse that fits my hands.
100+ gram is not heavy
das bist zum nächsten video hat mich schon wieder erschrocken 💀💀
Gwolves with several sub 30 gram mice:
yes, HTR pro 8k is my fav
What's your hand size ?
18 x 10 cm
using 8k 26k dpi i cant go back now. night and day diff
plz review attack shark x3

Your favourite 24 inch monitor?
you forgot about BeastX
nahh wlmouse ying will be my endgame with 30g forged carbon fiber
ur sensitivity is too low plz fix
now do trackballs.
My brother in Christ just buy a Scyrox V8
I hate how a 60gram mouse is considered a heavier mouse these days.
i mean you're the one who chooses what weight is fine for you, regardless of how people talk about the weights out there.
@@Daishi0861 yeah but it's a weight war and it's crazy
Still doesnt change your preference 😂@@julianmorgan79
Because it is factually heavy lol. If you've ever held a mouse lighter than that, you wouldn't be saying this.
Now, if you prefer heavier mice, that's a different story. But don't get mad at facts :)
@@Mr-R.R. Thing is, its not facts. Calling 60grams factually heavy is just being disingenuous.
Bro you din't got the best mouse on the market LGPX 2
ok
Lamzu Maya X
'totally debatable how much of an impact 8k hz has on your game' no it isnt lmfao muhh bigger number :(( what am i gonna do
👍
Bleibe bei meiner AW610
Polling rate takes up way to much breath in the conversation of what makes a mouse great. Yea it is nice to have a polling rate that is 8K but honestly unless you are a pro you can hardly even detect the difference between 1K and 2K polling.
uhmmm anyone got a good 50 bucks mouse
Zowie C series. Good QC.
Attack shark x3 max is so good for 50. I havent touched my xlite v3 es, viper v3 pro and beast x for a while 😂
vxe mad r
Honestly why do all of those look like complete sht? My 15 year old logictech mouse is better in every single way.
gone from Razer deathadder v3 pro to Pulsar xlite 3(m). No regrets, and consider the price difference, Razer is overrated and cashgrab
If you are shelling out the price for a Razer Viper V3 Pro, I have some premium oxygen to sell you.
If you think the Viper V3 Pro isn't worth it, I have some farts to sell you.
Not having any Logitech mouse here is criminal imo
To standard and tried by everybody already I guess
@@elo_x4266 well the video is about hyped gaming mice, so...
Why tho'? They're re-selling their stuff just with very subtle changes and charge full prize for beeing the most unindividual Big Player for 4 years straight. There's literally nothing new about their products.
@@Tichondrius-Exactly! That's why Logi isn't here...
