Hex is amazing. My GSP girlie now 14 weeks and this week trying to use place on an elevated bed (which she has nailed) in the kitchen to stop the jumping up at kitchen counter habit, hard to get any duration but small steps. How to I build calm focus?- sometimes training ends in frustration and a bitey phase.
Great training ideas for the place training. However, after a tough evening with my 3 year old. It may be beneficial to cover "how to deal with prey drive" and how to stop them from hunting smaller dogs and attacking them in the home. For some reason our 3 year old has been specifically targeting our 2 year old Boston Terrier who will try to defend himself, but she has attacked him pretty good several times to the point I have to physically separate her from him so she dosent severely hurt him.
You said your older dog has started attacking your boston. With dogs that have lived together for a time and random aggression begins that usually means their hormones are off or they have an enzyme imbalance that needs to be checked by a vet or it just gets worse
@@kylieangers2021 It was a behavior issue tied to our new GSP pup and the male Boston. My female was treating the pup as if it were her own and we noticed the incidents mostly happened when the male Boston was around the male GSP puppy. It's since been addressed and things are back to normal.

Where does a person find the time to train at this level?
Really only takes around 10-15 minutes a day to achieve these obedience drills

You need to see a vet and have her levels tested
