    Dr. Islam, I woke up this morning so gassy I could barely get out of bed and even walk. I finally figured out why. I had eaten a bunch of steamed broccoli before bed. Earlier I'd had chips and salsa. Ok so I looked up what food causes gas. Needless to say those things cause gas. So I looked up ALL foods spices and beverages that cause gas. My spice rack and pantry is a lot emptier. Do it guys. Eliminate what is gassing you up! I'm almost 63 and need to realize there's lots of foods I can't eat anymore. 😣

    I found Apple cider vinegar to help with gas and even smells. About 2 tbsp to a glass of room temp water either 1st thing in the morning or before bed.

    Dear Dr Samir
    Thank you for this informative video.
    I have non stop gas and had endoscopy and discovered that i have bacteria causing these problems. I already had a course of Amoxicillin antibiotic and other medications and i am currently on another course of Amoxicillin. I have a lot of gas but have no problem going to the toilet.
    Any advice?
    I appreciate your help in advance.

    If you have digestive problems you should avoid spinach, because spinach contains lots and lots of oxalates and if your digestive system can not break down oxalates properly you can get huge health problems

    I eat many of these foods already, yet I'm breaking wind almost, continually. I'm embarrassed to be out in public and embarrassed to be around anyone really. I need to add something to my diet that will neutralize the gas before it even, has a chance to build up. And when it comes to feeling bloated almost, continually, don't get me started. Not a nice feeling at all, I tell you. No, in my case, I don't believe it's normal at all.

      Hey have you figured out how to deal with it. Look. Igo to Library and need to sit thier for work for 9-10 hours.. but my gastric issue makes it hard to focus on work and i tend to hold my fart a lot.. sometime i get annoyed too.. list me some easily available gas neutraliser please

    Thanks for getting right to the point. I watched a lot of these Vlogs on bloating and they were totally useless I kept thinking to myself that maybe I had IB S...More importantly I believe I need an antibiotic????
    15 to damn near 20 years without any. So tired of dr.s being trendy🧐 and I suffer from lupus.? My new doctor states that I may need B12 shots finally somebody listened to me there. I've always had them throughout my life and young adulthood and later on all I kept hearing was we don't do that anymore.!!! Doctors don't give those anymore.???? A whole lot of Dr.s won't tx. conditions and remedies that I guess in the name of the pharmaceutical industry. You information was very helpful , I do eat ginger. Bananas is one thing I can't stand they usually go to waste but I will buy some I don't like food going to waste. but either way I'll do it ; my bloating has caused distention doesn't look normal because I'm a thin person. And I couldn't figure out why all the sudden my stomach was just sticking out for about a year and a half now. It feels like gas because I can just push it in and it pops out like a damn balloon either way no solution , was enough to cause me bad depression. Thanks for your advice I do eat cucumbers I'm just going back to eating salad either way you end up losing because you either end up bleeping hungry all the time.
    After listening to your advice I'm going back to get me a salad with cucumbers spinach and Romaine lettuce. I was able to lose
    10 lbs. Over the summer. I also walk everywhere.
    That wasn't helping.... until I walk the trail 2 to 3 times. Along with just eating salad and protein. I also believe they just put a lot of additives and food that we won't know about my mother never had a stomach my father never had a stomach and they lived into the 70s and late 80s I don't understand why the hell I have one and it just bleeping sucks🥺

      Yes. It helps with GERD. However, I find it easier for me to take ACV tablets rather than taking it diluted in water. Go watch Dr berg's TH-cam videos on just about anything. Put in a TH-cam search for Dr berg and ACV (apple cider vinegar). His name is Dr. Eric Berg. He has thousands of videos. He is my go to doc. He is no nonsense. He gets to the information and explains and teaches us about our bodies, how they work, why, what nutrients help, what foods to help, what to avoid, etc. He has a huge following for a reason.

    Add some plain yogurt or those probiotic yogurt to to your dinner, which will overwhelm the bad becteria for a healthy digestive system..

    Anything raw causes wind for me, but I don’t care, I’m isolating anyway. Raw vegetables are so good, juicing helps

      I hate bananas. I eat banana's b/c they are so good for you but man, blergh.

      Should start again. My son broke the blender with me trying to juice something tough brocoli root or something lol.
      I drink carrot juice. (bought) nowadays.
      Carrot in everything does help me a bit with digestive issues.

    Hi, my son is 16 years old and for the past 8 months he is getting very bad stomach ache and he keeps vomiting for at least 7 times before we go to the doctor and every single time they give him injection and miracid and anti vomiting pills but they never suggested me to go for any test. After seeing this video I am worried about my sons health. Please tell me what to do? What kind of test should I ask the doctor to go for? Thanks in advance.

      I’m so sorry to hear about your son’s problems. I’m no doctor but I’m very well educated in human physiology and general health. I also have severe digestive problems that no doctor can explain. Anyway, your son needs to have imaging tests done to check for gallbladder problems, liver problems, bowel blockages,etc. If you can’t get his primary care practitioner to order these types of tests then go to the emergency room and explain his pain and other symptoms and they should be willing to do these tests. A gastroenterologist is usually the specialist to see about such things but I’ve had no luck with them. Sorry to say it but our medical system has devolved into a money making scheme. That’s all it is and we’re pretty much on our own! I sincerely hope you can find the problem and get some relief for him. My problems have been going on for five years now with no end in sight.

      Honestly, go look up Dr berg gut issues on you tube. He has thousands of videos about just about anything. He has a huge following cuz he is very knowledgeable and is good at teaching us about our bodies and how they work. His videos are short. I watch a bunch of his videos on each topic to get a good picture. Dr Eric Berg is the best doc I have found, period. He also believes in doing things the natural way.

    Dr Sameer , Good video on foods reducing bloating , flatulence & constipation . Here are suggestions to help you while recording:
    (1) Practice before a mirror before recording .
    (2) Your facial expressions would be clear to you along with any mistakes .
    (3) Would increase your self - confidence gradually . Most successful motivation speakers , orators & politicians use this method .

    Food causes farting? Now we ( me and my wife ) has understood the reason. As it is, my wife farts 2/3 times per hour but while in restaurants, it becomes 7/8 times. May be I ll call it hour because on an average, it takes about 1 hour in restaurant, from entrance to exit, to sit and eat. She can control herself while standing or walking but while sitting, one hears the sound.

      I also suffer from this kind of sickness. I can't figure out the real reason why this happened. My Life is miserable right now it's hard for me because I am a student still I have to do what others do. Thinking about going out of Just makes me feel anxious. Only my family knows my problem. I don't know what I should do.i hope one day I'll be healthy. I want to be normal like others. You don't get to know the value of something until u looses it. Healthy is a very precious gift only few can afford. ❤

      Did u guys had Nescafé or some kind of coffee every day.i think I used to drink a lot of Nescafé coffee and It may have lead to my Sickness

    Cucumbers are the best only just eating cucumbers/cucumber Shake that took my farts away and made them not smell horrible

    I farty alot just like crazy. Am a girl and am still at school i do miss classes because of the same problem. I was given omeprazoe for medication but still it didn't work. When i take omeprazoe i usually do diahorea. I don't know how you can help me

    Im pretty sure I have silo but my GI doctor doesn't test for it, any natural supplements or remedies or diets that can help?

      I had a breath hydrogen test preformed to determine if I had sibo, along with a stool test. I’d search for a doctor that can do a breath hydrogen test

    I’ve had sibo a few times and it’s awful. I was treated successfully the first time but the second time I became anemic due to a poor diet. I suspect I may have sibo again and I am just not sure how to stop it from coming back.
