@chef I have one question, I moved from Haryana to Tamilnadu 8 years back. Here people use all three terms, Roti, Chapati and phulka differently. I grew up using all three terms as synonyms. Please tell me if they are the same or if they are different what is the difference. Or my friends in the South are just misled into thinking wrong.
In Central Mozambique, to be precise in Zambezi province, this dish is made with Desi Chicken and not broiler chicken. Also, here they don't use spicy chillies or strong spices. It's a treat to eat this when cooked on coals 🥰
