Lowkey one of the best flight review channels, if subscribed for a while but is so good you add a historical element to some of your vids like the A220 video and now this one on the kangaroo route, ngl that plane looks more like a private plane that a commercial plane with that massive recline and padded seats and the swivel chair might as well be the same one straight outta singapore suites also pretty brave comment to talk about opening the door on the plane when the other passengers and pilots could hear lol, and 2 videos this week, damn, we are being spoilt 🤣🤣 but anyways, looking forward to your upcoming vids!
The. Best. Seat. Recline test camera angle EVER! ❤ Okie, jokes (😉) aside, just found this channel the other day and I am obsessed with Simon's style and editing! Relaxing, approachable, I love this big-bro-next-door-taking-us-along style! And the content is well structured and well choreographed, perfect use of animations and background musics too! very very nicely done! Annnnd Simon is just soooo hot ☺️
Ur prob my favourite aviation channel to watch always love your videos! ur gonna blow up soon I can tell by how good ur videos are. Remember me i have been here since like 1k 😂 anyway keep up the great videos
Really cool video and great information. My dad flew a Sunderland ( 4 engine seaplane) and you had a couple of photo but interested to know if they flew there. Oh and ha ha chatted to but not up although perhaps the next video ? Travel safe
Great review of a pretty unique airline mate - i think the only domestic airline in SL right!? Great history lesson too! Look forward to the next video maybe an iconic Sri Lankan train trip i hope!
@@muazunais2378 quite possibly yes I’ve travelled around much of the country by both road and rail. For the most part very slow going but some incredible scenery and sights along the way nonetheless!
From what I saw on recent flightradar24 data, it seemed QF9 PER- LHR was still flying direct (flying south of Iran through Saudi Arabia and Egypt) and QF10 LHR- PER as well (flying north of Iran through Turkmenistan, Afghanistan and then going south through India). I think Qantas is currently operating the flights depending on if there’s favourable winds, though I may be incorrect!
Of course you don't have a flight attendant 😅. I was on an international flight with no cabin crew once when Air North was using a 19 seat Metroliner on its flights from Darwin to Dili. The safety talk was given by the pilot before boarding and he warned us to use the toilet before boarding if we thought we might need it because there was no toilet on the aircraft. Cabin service was a bucket of soft drinks at the bottom of the aircraft steps and a packet of potato chips already placed on the seats before boarding. I've heard they use bigger aircraft on the route now.
This is probably the best aviation channel I know. Really interesting info followed by great reviews. Keep it up man!
Thanks a ton! Will do🫡
I agree🛫
This was all so interesting! I loved the history and the respectful real world review of planes in Sri Lanka!
Its great how you review whilst giving us an interesting history lesson too! :)
Glad you enjoyed it!

Not allowing certain types of transportation through the security gate is ridiculous…
It actually takes just over 2 hours via the southern expressway (on super smooth roads) from Colombo
Love the wartime history reference, amazing! 😊
Thanks Hazel!! 🫶

How do you create those animations on the globe?
2 FF vids in one week? How did we get so lucky?
Lucky or are we just back on schedule? Hahaha
@@FlightFormula blessed either way
Ur video always informative 👏👏👏👏
Thanks a lot
LOL Man and his daughter. Whew
Should have taken the southern express pay? It’s less stressful than your traditional route to Koggala .
I think @NavodithFernando over there has lost his brain cells
Had a Bunnings snag since the last video?
Nah but did have a few snags at a bbq last night though🫡
Wooh 😊
Isn’t the Perth to London flight still non stop? Apologies if I’m wrong!
No it stops in Singapore. The past route over the Middle East would require a long diversion to avoid a potential war zone.
It’s currently being rerouted! Give it a Google for more info
