The guitar is a Legator Ninja Overdrive from 2019 (I think...) loaded with a Seymour Duncan JB and '59.

The new Vypyr seems to have a cleaner sound. I would buy a new version.
Vip2 more natural
I have the VIP2 (the older model) and these sound pretty close to me. X2 though sounds a bit brighter which makes it almost sound a bit more digital to me. Curious, can you look at the speaker used in each and see if they are the same or different? Good demo and thanks!
The speakers are labeled differently, but I think it's safe to assume they are at least extremely similar.

Thanks for this. I'm considering the X2 and wonder what you think? Does is really sound like a tube amp? It's hard to tell from the video.
It's good. Nothing really sounds like a tube amp cranked, but Peavey's Transtube has always done a good job of getting the feel of a tube amp. These don't sound like cheap modeling amps at all.

Great video man thumbs up! i am between these two but i the x2 mode is hard to find in eurpe and its kinda cost 100 Euros more would u suggest it over the VIP 2 knowing that it cost 100Euros more? (I am a beginner metal head trying to find the most brutal amp for the price)
I like both. The VIP 2 will definitely get you by, especially if it saves you 100 Euros.
