My wife and I just celebrated our 20th Anniversay, after meeting in game I moved 4,000 miles to make a new life.

My first OL game was Kunark. Haven't played in yrs but I have tons of memories.. Had a lot of surgeries and it got me through it and made tons of plat for farming and selling hero sandwich. Did play main as a Druid wood elf Whisperwilo on Bristlebane

This came up in my Google feed, and I must say. Thank you Verant Interactive and Brad McQuaid, whom the latter may always rest in peace. For making this game. Who knows what MMOs or online gaming would be like today without these roads paving the way.

I've played EQ since about a week after opening day. I have to say that the player stories make me ugly cry every time I hear them. I've formed relationships that have lasted 20+ years because of this game. What EQ has done for the world overall is *immensely* positive.

I don't need to be generous to like the video! It was well earned! I never knew that my favorite MMORPG (ever) had some role to play in developing my favorite version of D&D! While I have donated and will continue to donate to Children's Hospitals. It really is a disservice to our entire country that free and quality Healthcare isn't a human right for all ages. You wouldn't believe the dangerous and atrocious number of corners that regular hospitals cut to save a buck.
I currently work at a non-profit, and yes, the thought occurred to me that charities only exist because we, as a society, fail to provide sufficient resources to address people’s basic needs.

@@EverQuestShow If I could offer an unsolicited remedy, if you select to schedule the video to go live inthe future with enough time for youtube to process it in HD (generally 30-60 minutes is enough lead time), it tends to solve these types of initial viewer problems. You can also set it to private when you upload, and then once it's processed in HD you can change the visibility to public for the same effect.
They gotta put a named bat in the game now and call it Kuvani. 😊
