I never understood why anyone would trash someone for playing the game in the way they want, and feeling good about their accomplishments. In the end it's all pretty arbitrary, so pick the arbitrary that's right for you :)

I started back in 2000 shortly after velious dropped but I’ve never seen a toon twinkled like this. Damn impressive 👏🏽, the epitome of twinking

@@sippycup6275 No, thank you! Man Ive watched your vid's and I LOVE it. I thought I was good running my lvl 1s thru ToV but I am a noob compared to you my friend, I /bow in your Godliness!!! Stinks the guild kinda took a hiatus, but I hope you keep up these vids, they are bar none the best as far as the info you put out but also I find your vid's to be 10000x funnier than EVERY other EQ creator. Dont get me wrong, there are a few funny but not on your level, and some are more scripted and to the point w/ info, but I honestly love just listening to your vids, watching it is even better when I know EQ...Keep it up my friend. It makes my day and Im sure plenty of other 40/50 somethings that lived EQ back in the day! Also, I want to say I am pro EQ and sub, like and comment on EVERY EQ related channel as Its a big part of my life for a while before kids, just love everyone that keeps it going...

I've been using campfires to get my lvl 1's into ToV and such.
I personally started gearing out an Ogre Warrior on Cazic with all the BiS from the Classic-Velious Era, it takes some time to get what you need but it's a fun grind overall. I would highly recommend especially if you're not familiar with some older content as it gives you a more in-depth and intimate view of what the game was like back then, at least if you don't count zones that have been revamped item-wise such as Sleeper's Tomb's Warders and most of PoM.
I generally use EQItems.com to search for level 1 BiS gear. My first attempt 10 years ago was going by ideas from players that offered help from my original post on allakhazams everquest.allakhazam.com/forum.html?forum=1&mid=1370620724219256742&p=1 It was at this point I wanted more for my lvl 1 twink besides the tradable hand-me-downs from my main or bazaar gear. Most LvL 1 usable no-drop gear comes from Velious - Luclin - Planes of Power zones. You can do this with different level ranges. I have a 90 monk twinked in Hardcore Heritage (naggy and HH mistmoore) gear, visibles and weapons from the T1 argath raid, camped the best augs she could equip and she is an absolute wrecking ball for a level 90, great for PLing through the exp slog that is the 60's and 70's.
At level 100 you could farm Maestro in Plane of Hate, maybe even CotF T1 (i'd have to check the level range for that gear), get Jann's Veil for the buff, ect. Lots of fun stuff to twink from even at higher level.
I like doing this to toons and giving them period appropriate raid gear. I've got a 70 Gnome Paladin that I've decked out about as good as I can get him. I've got him close to 20k HP and was over 4k AC unbuffed before the ac change. I did all the AAs, soloed all the levels, ran him through all the progression, and geared him up myself when the content still wasn't trivial. Gnomadin on Povsr if you're curious. I'm only missing some fabled gear that is best in slot.
Best gear at lvl 100 is indeed TBM raid gear. I've never pushed best in slot for every single slot on many classes but I know over 225k HP is possible on a cleric with buffs.

Eq was the best game for twinking as you'd actually use the equipment from 1 till endgame.
it's very possible to have 12k HP at level 1 as of last year, not sure about now. I've done it with a Shaman. This is with Mount buff, Food, Drink, Illusion Benefits, Familiar buff, Maxed Serpents Seeker's Charm of Lore. before any buffs from other characters. Edit: just checked with the stuff above+my personal store of lvl 1 usable items 12563 HP on a Ranger persona, with perfect minmaxing I'd guess 13763 is possible without buffs from other players.

Not a re-upload however, I did post a few videos many years ago but that content was deleted accidently, under an old account I lost access to. This is all fresh content using a new lvl 1 toon.
Have you tried dueling with your twinks to see how high of a level character you can beat?
I wan't to fight Lord Nagafen and other classic mobs , i'm just afraid of winning and getting xp and accidently leveling to lvl 2 lol
Hmm, a deacent lvl 1 twink today is atleast 10 k when buffed so things have changed a bit.

Zeg-uh-nee server, not Zeg-oh-NEE. Not impressive with free trade servers. There's FAR better twinked toons in EQ that don't bother messing with Magelo or similar sites. Your trophy is not the trophy you think it is. ALSO who the ehll inspects a toon? Some Drakin standing there isn't eliciting notice or comment from me.
