Had my '14 since 2018. bought w/ 30k mi and now have 80k and I've loved every one of them. Thought of selling it given the insane used car market right now but even when offered over $25k I just couldn't give her up. Perfect 3 season car for when you get tired of driving the truck.
@@TreadDepthChannel no. and the power delivery is my little secret. Police don't give me a second glance but I do get compliments on the car everywhere I go. So no more videos! LOL
I bought one with 60k miles 8 months ago, white with black leather. Updated the grille to black mesh and the newer style caddy badges front and back. Loooooooove this car, fast, stylish, and as he said in this video its crazy this one “slipped through the cracks”. Cannot say enough good things about it. When you pull onto an onramp the pull from 30mph to 100mph in track mode…its a beautiful thing😢
Just got a 2016, they only made 4404 of these cars for the 5 years they were produced, and the used prices are very reasonable, low 20s for 75k well maintained specimens
I feel exactly the same way u feel about my 2014 cts vsport is definitely a type of car that people should get in one they will love it just as much as we do❤.
I love my V-Sport, it's highly modified now though; but even stock was great. I was on the hunt for a CTS-V and when I finally found a good one and it was also local the dealership screwed me around for 3 weeks telling me it had a sunroof issue. When they finally said it was ready I drove 3 hours down to pick it up only to find out they sold it out of state 3 weeks earlier. HGreg sucks. Of course they wanted to sell me other cars on their lot. On the way home another salesman called me saying he knew I was only looking for CTS-V's, but found something he didn't even knew existed (and he was a cadillac dealer) called the V-Sport. He explained the details and I test drove it the next morning and bought it. Almost immediately went to work on the upgrades I wanted.
@@TreadDepthChannel Check out the website I linked and my mods. This is also the car (I have had things like M3 ZCPs', Mustang GT's (1966 and 1988 with T Tops) and more is the one that gets the most attention. People cannot believe it and it's a bit busted up due to some dude in a Prius road raging and side ramming me.
I got my wife a 14 in 2016 with 15k on it. It's nice but makes you want the v8 version. I traded my truck in for a 18v three years ago. They are both great cars but the v sounds meaner.
We just bought our 2014 CTS-V sport. It was our compromise car. Husband gets the sports car power he wants, wife gets the 4 door car with adaptive cruise control and a back up camera. All within our budget. Win win.
I have the same Cadillac CTS V Sport premium but with white paint it is a dream daily driver. I currently run three v8 trucks minimally and needed a v6 for "efficiency" purposes. Just an amazing set up and still allows me to rev at Teslas.
Man i stumbled across this car by mistake misunderstanding somebody talking about a cts v and man im like how have I not known about this i would’ve been driving one today if i knew a year ago
Yes- I bought one new. Had it for 5 years 75K miles Fast. Super cheap to own-never even changed rotors.....put winter tires and drove it in Milwaukee winters.....
After seeing this and other videos about the Vsport seeing everyone raving, I picked up a 2016 in the same color as the test vehicle last week, still haven't had a chance to really let it loose bit getting around on the highway is fun😊
@@TreadDepthChannel haha! I got ya. Well if ya ever want 150+ or even more horsepower outta her, doesn’t take much to do it on the LF3/4 platform! Have a great holiday season my man!
No The supercharged 6.2 is the v-series to get 670 horsepower I believe. it also has a manual transmission.. It's a bit more than the 420 hp the V6 has
@@TreadDepthChannel Very much so. Haha I feel like Ken Clark right now. Let's just say I've been in the vsport scene for quite some time now, but I haven't been making content lately.

I've had one since May of 2021. My car has Justin's tune. I don't think I'll ever get rid of it. I get 28 mpg hand calculated.
Damn i need that lol

Proof Corvettes can be more than garage queens
I've got the XTS VSport with that twin turbo engine. It's epic. Nicer and certainly more interesting than it's competition.
It's a really interesting car for sure but man is that engine bay cramped

All that torque is really nice for passing on two lane highways
And then Cadillac killed it off 😥There were a total of 4703 cars made. Base Models = 1657 and Premium Models = 4226.
I liked your video 👍
thanks dude, its still kinda there in spirit, gm just calls it a v now instead
Get her Schmidty Tuned & you’ll never wanna get rid of it! Great vid.
ah man id love to tune it but im just too cheap, i have an gen 1 hptuner and i dont think it works for it.
