What mm are they? I was looking at getting 103mm gmade piggy back shocks but I don't want to have to make that custom shock mount, I would like to use the stock mounting system
You could adjust the spring stiffness if there's adjustment nuts on those shocks I have 130mm on my wraith and they do have adjusters on them man talk about having some serious flex that they have the 130 inabable my wrath to crawl over some pretty gnarly rocky trails.

U should have left the same shocks on it it does well try droop in the rear of the truck the gmade transtion shocks in the rear 110mm works well my buddy runs them on his truck when we do comps
Hi, fantastic modification i must say and I love the longer throw coming from the suspension. However, I encounter another problem. My front wheel will rub the body shell on full right when reversing. And is only when reversing right full lock, left is fine.
Wonder if you have any suggestion or recommendation? Many thanks in advance.
Trim the body a bit. A little can go a long way.
It seems to me like they're to soft have you updated these with heavier oil and some stiffer springs?

Soooo what did you change in the front? I did this with same shocks and made same brkts but the front driveshaft comes out at full flex. Well I put a longer 3rd link rod end and now it soesnt fall out but gets all kinda wedged.

It won't be too long, and a company will release a set of mounts, essentially like you just made, for long travel shocks. shockingly, that worked really, really well. not bad at all!

Have a look at the FTX Outback, it's a LOT cheaper and pretty good for the money. Lots of reviews on TH-cam.

Vaterra ascender i have a k10 and a k5 both have copped hard abuse and ive never had a problem with them. Wont beat a trx4 in a race but ive beat one on alot of climbs and they have huge flex from the box

Austin Younts I think he is using the great black sharks on there they have optimal travel and can easily dive to deeper depths in the ocean. Just kidding bro he said he was using a type of hpi crawler shock I don't know the model

Yep, there's always something better isn't there? Now, you're THAT much closer to "better". It also means you can fit slightly larger tires/tyres in there too.

You made your shocks progressive in the wrong way, as deeper it goes as less force the shock canaply to the chassis :(
