ACL and meniscus surgery recovery | weeks 3 and 4

Hi again, here are the updates from both weeks 3 and 4 after my ACL and meniscus surgery. For anyone wondering, this was ACL reconstruction with the quad autograft and I also had a lateral meniscal tear repaired. Recovery has been a bit slow so far, and I honestly expected to be further along at this point but turns out recovery is different for everyone and you can't rush it! Hope this is helpful for anyone else going through it! I'll be back with more updates soon :)
