My OBGYN gave me an instruction paper for pelvic floor exercises because I noticed I had problems after giving birth to my first one. There's just too many words and not enough pictures in it. I do better visually seeing it instead of reading it 😅 I'm gonna try this exercise and I hope I can feel a better big difference. Thank you so much for the video! 🙏

Kegels are very simple best way to do them is during a red light and it REALLY REALLY WORKS. Just sit there during a red light and hold it until it changes.
My uro-gynocologist told me that 80% of women who do kegels aren’t doing them correctly. He taught me to imagine my pelvic floor as an elevator. Take the elevator up. That has been a game changer in my pelvic floor recovery

@@skribulz7agree! I thought kegels were just squeezing vs lifting. Also, my pelvic floor therapist said my issue was from over-activating muscles from chronic holding bladder at work and I needed to learn to relax them. Learning to breathe from belly vs chest helped a lot too.

Why is it that when I do the bird dog, behind my knee cap (the crease where my knees bend), there is a pinching sensation? It’s in both legs. I’ve tried rotation the position of my foot, no luck.
Did you try a cushion or blanket under your knees?
These are not Kegels but pelvic tilts. See a women's health physio if you need specific help in this area as they have additional training to tailor exercises to your personal strengths and weaknesses
Since when do kegels consist of moving around like that? Can't get any info from a short. I hope pelvic physio is covered cause this isn't helping.

I've never been pregnant and im just in my early 20s.. But before 4 to 5 years, I've noticed that my pee hole( the pipe through which we pee) came slightly out of my vagina.. And for the past 3 months I can't control my pee.. I'm soo worried. Can anyone tell me what's the reason?? Can it be cured by exercise??
