very explained, am in late 30s without child and suddenly facing this, its really another hell [constipation, urinary incontinence, white discharge, week long PMS pain, feeling of fullness, bulge in lower pelvis, discomfort etc], along with other critical health issues like heart/lungs/arthritis etc. was literally crying today while commuting to work, facing almost 10 day long cold and cough and it seemed to have worsened the condition, hope to find some comfort going forward with your exercise instructions,
For me it's getting turned on feeling my muscles contract. Also if your not sure put your finger in there to make sure your pulling it and squeezing it. I get super turned on from my muscles contracting and then sex is even more amazing
So if you have bladder problems, or anything else that is held up by the pelvic floor, it can be painful. These are absolute torture for me because I also have a back issue, and it doesn't matter what position. It shouldn't be a sharp pain, but one of those very annoying clench your teeth pain, that's pretty common

Google or ask your doctor. I see she didn’t respond. I think by doing these exercises daily for at least a couple months before you start Zumba again, this will Help strengthen your muscles and prevent injuries

HI JESSICA I am 77 yr old woman who suddenly had incontinence after a lot of coughing ...i had bronchitis. I have now been doing these exercises for about a year now and they have not helped. How long is it supposed to take to actually start working? Thankyou for your reply.😊
Same with my spouse! I've always been good very narrow down there. Now it's got to be slow for few seconds or it hurts like hell! I tease him and sweeze him in me but he loves it
@JenOceanlove4 this is so encouraging! I felt so bad - we had our last child 11 years ago, and my husband JUST told me that I am not as tight as I used to be after having our children. So I immediately created a workout regimen for kegels, but I was only somewhat hopeful that it would help. Thank you for sharing your experience with it - I need to hear this for motivation, would love to increase the pleasure for my husband. (and I heard orgasms are stronger too!)
