Is there anything else that could cause the issue. As all my belts and pulleys are tight and I am getting a repeatable offset error.

I experienced something like in the video but how do I find a point that doesn't connect or do I have to re-angle the X axis? How to do it?

Hi there, you could first open the "hide backlash" function in lightburn to see if this problem solved(it is at 2:04 of the video), if not, you could check the belt accordingly to see. You don't have to re-angle the X axis.
