I appreciate when a reviewer addresses negative comments that are not part of their experience. Don't know about a little "danger" to the food but happy to watch you go for it, Tim! And that price cannot be beat. Another wonderful food tour.
Tim, I love watching your buffet journeys! Our Harvest Buffet closed for good about two years ago 😔 so it brought back fond memories.☺ The buffet here was only $8.99 for lunch and $11.99 for dinner.😋
I have to commend you and give you props for driving alone from 200 outlet mall into Tacoma, just to dine and review this insanely busy Buffet solo, for your viewers.
Hi Tim your such a Great food blogger I've been subscribed to your channel for over 4 years now and I click onto your videos just as quick TODAY as I have for years now ❤❤❤❤
I had to chuckle when you said the buffet was 1/2 hour away, but if you drive fast, it’s only 15 minutes away. Immediately, my mind went, okay so if the speed limit is 50 mph and it takes 1/2 hour, then to get there in 15 minutes, I need to drive 100 mph. Thanks for the chuckle Tim. 😂😂😂
Never mind that he was an hour north of Seattle, just from Seattle to Tacoma is at least a half hour drive at 70 miles an hour, because there’s definitely going to be traffic slowdowns. I don’t think anyone could drive that in 15 minutes.😀
The fried bananas are plantains! Very different from regular bananas. Eaten all over the world, especially in the Caribbean. You can eat them green or yellow/black (which is what they were serving)
Excellent $25 buffet...lots of different types of dishes to choose from...even picky me found a few dishes and get my moneys worth 😋😂...Happy Easter, safe travels and God Bless 🤗❤
First off I commend you on vlogging in such a crowded area. Your commentary kept me watching the full video. Additionally, I really appreciate you finishing everything you put on your plate.
Well done,Tim. Great sushi and cheese covered anything is a quick trip to heaven. So the spinach and potatoes smothered in cheese looked like pure bliss !
Hi Tim, hope you're doing well and staying healthy. It's great meeting you at the restaurants while you doing your food vlog review. Awesome video and honest review. Keep up the great work you doing. Looking forward your next adventure. Thumbs up the video 👍😀

I always enjoy watching your food reviews Tim, this has to be one of the best value buffets that you reviewed. I am still amazed from the amount of food you can eat, 3 rounds of 2-3 plates plus a dessert plate... you are one of the most polite/funny/entertaining youtubers out there, great job and i hope to see more of your videos!
Hi Tim...thank you for bringing us along ..Tacoma has changed much since I was at University of Puget Sound many years ago...the military discount is for the large population at Fort Lewis/ McChord AFB nearby...glad to see you back in the PNW...HAPPY EASTER 🙏♥️🫂
Hey Tim, I know you usually go to buffets at opening because it would be less crowded and the food is fresh. It would have been very beneficial in this case. Thanks for sharing!
While you're home in Vancouver, I would love to request you make a video at your favourite/staple restaurants, but also make a Q&A of it! We know you love a good potato salad, but don't know why you got into food vlogging? what your favourite place to travel is? Your favourite food? What your other career is that calls for so much travel? 🙏🙏

Hi Tim 👋I just wanted to say thank you for yet another awesome buffet review 😄Harvest Buffet reminds me of the Hibachi Grill & Buffet in Houston. Your talent for cracking crawfish is seriously impressive, and it's funny we ended up having boiled crawfish for dinner tonight too 😆 I really appreciate you taking the time to review the kimchi, especially after indulging in dessert 😅Can't wait to see your next food adventure !

Will share with Daughter, just for Cotton Candy :) LOL as yes NOT Seattle Outlet Mall at all, Marysville, closer to Everett :) ENJOYED it much and will have to put on my list. ALL the BEST and Cheers! :)
Great great video Tim! We will try this Harvest place next time in Seatle area. We went to the Renton buffet in Seatle you recommended awhile back, we loved it.
Tim, Great find. All so amazingly tasty looking food. Having made chicken feet myself they are a labor intensive tasty treat.👍. Quite the Asian Feast. My Easter dinner was at the local China buffet. Good food though pales in comparison. Happy Easter. Best
haven't seen salmon skin sushi since I use to make it everyday that's been a long while.. that's a big place would like to give it a try if I could figure out a time when it isn't swamped but if it's good that time may not exist
There us a buffet in Renton that I have only been there once several years ago. The feast buffet. I go to the harvest buffet often. Since my brother lives in Tacoma.
Very interesting buffet. I know for the price that I could find lots of items I'd like. The price is excellent for the amount of food available. Great review as usual Tim! 👍💯
OMG Ikura and that is actually high grade Ikura when I started working in Alaska I worked with the Japanese in the Roe house. That is Grade #1 Chum Ikura! I can tell by the size and color.
Hi Tim, Happy Easter🎉🎉🎉 although, I don’t eat raw fish…but the cooked variety sushi rolls sounds appetite. Round two look’s delicious. Overall, a $25 buffet I think is a good deal. Wishing you the best and God blessed.
The wife and I go here quite often. We've been going here for about 4 years now. It's been pretty good every time. I'm not going to say everything is on point every time, but it's better than the feast buffet in Renton. You also don't really need to wait in line for stuff you don't want. I just bounce around to the stuff I like.
Here is a realistic drive time from a 36 year resident of Tacoma. SeaTac to this buffet in Tacoma, in average flowing traffic, is 30 minutes. From downtown Seattle about 50 minutes. From Olympia is 30 minutes. BTW, average flowing traffic only happens between 9:13am and 11:51am Tuesday through Thursday. Other times and days are wildly unpredictable. That buffet is fair to ok, but the cold peel and eat shrimp and the cotton candy are the highlights.
That’s my hood, grew up there. That restaurant used to be called the Great Wall. Old school Chinese food. It was my favorite place. Went there for all my birthdays and special occasions in the mid 70’s and through the 90’s. Miss their food. I haven’t tried this place yet but have wanted to try
TIM- THIS place is by far my absolute FAV!! ANOTHER great recommendation for you just 3 blocks away at the Huge TACOMA MALL (right in the Mall) is the Brazilian Buffet "TEXAS DE BRAZIL"!!!
@@TimLeeLetsGo TIM as a longtime subscriber I consider you a friend and will only give you the best recommendations ALSO if you find yourself on the Surrey/Delta border near Scott Road at 88th there is my FAV all-you-can-eat Sushi at NORDEL SUSHI 🍣 Everything is so fresh and delicious!!
As a tacoma native I go here ALL the time. just a bit of a warning make sure your car is locked up and you have NO BAGS or valuables in sight because your car will get broke into. the food here is great MOST of the time, but sometimes it can be a miss.
Thanks! When I saw which outlet mall you were at, I thought there’s no way you’d be eating anywhere close to me. I was happily surprised to see you were in Tacoma! I only live about 20-25 minutes from there and I didn’t even know this Harvest Buffet existed! I can’t wait to go there! Do they have the seafood options all the time or are they only on weekend nights? I love seafood so I want to make sure to go when that’s on the menu.
Hi Tim, If you think of it could you describe some of the dishes in more detail? Especially the ones you pick. For example, I have no idea what “show my” is. However, I do know what tripe is (not really something I’d ever choose again. To each his own. 😅) I enjoy your videos and watch them all. Thanks for hours of great entertainment. 👍
Great video as always ! Closer for us Vancouver peeps you may want to check out Four Seasons buffet near Bellingham (in Burlington). On Sundays they serve fried Dungeness Crab and Lobster along with a Mongolian grill section . Same owner as Wonderful Buffet in Bellingham but a much larger selection. AKA Vamon….. oh wait .. oops 😂
Tim, I love watching your buffet reviews and so pleased you came to my hometown, Tacoma, to review Harvest Buffet. I especially like the sushi bar and think that the price is a good value for all of the options.
Haha! I just noticed you correct yourself ..lol. the Seattle outlet is in a city called Marysville, which is almost 2 hours from Seattle in good traffic. If it's backed up like it always is, you're looking at a far longer drive. I live in the mountains in Washington. I've never heard of this place. I think it would be worth the 4 hour drive for me. The buffet looks AMAZEBALLZ!
You were in rare form today. I shouldn't get this, too much starch. Gets it. I'll only have steak and shrimp - oh, look chicken. Okay, just one more potato half. Thanks for making me smile. Not the fanciest buffet but all the food looked good. Happy Easter from sunny Oregon!
Tim, FYI, there are two Salty’s Restaurants in Washington. One in Alki Beach in Seattle and the other in Redondo Beach in Federal Way. They also have their Sunday Brunches, even on Saturdays.
I'm not sure why your channel ended up in my recommendations, but I've been enjoying your content! I went to Harvest for lunch a few weeks ago when I found myself in Tacoma. I wasn't seated by anyone; I was just told to grab any open table. It wasn't overly busy when I went, though, and I didn't have to wait.
I think this was an old K-Mart building ! You should bring a small refillable propane torch with you. The kind they use for caramelizing the sugar on a crème brulee ! That way you can reheat most of your food as you eat it right at the table. I actually do this. It works fantastic ! It's like having your own little Korean Bar B Que in your pocket ! The last place I used it, the owner came over to our table and said, "that's a great idea" ! I can't count the times I could have used that ! I said, "then you don't mind" ? He said no problem, just don't burn my place down ! And we all had a good laugh !
Show us how you set up your cameras. How do you shoot while holding all of those plate in the buffet line? Do you have another camera person? How do you shoot over your plate, then across table from you? Do you leave your equipment at the table while in the buffet line? Inquiring minds wanna know EVERYTHING!
