I just found this channel. I'm happy to discover a local person reviewing local restaurants here in the Seattle/Eastside area. I like the reviews so far, for both restaurants and stores. The reviews are clear, direct, understandable, and don't get too deep into culinary terminology, which, while interesting, can be confusing to people without a culinary or food service background. So far, this is an interesting channel, and I look forward to watching more of it.
Watching this makes me feel homesick 😢 im stuck in the middle of nowhere Utah last 4 years. Very small town, very big property, so not as bad as i probably sound. But i miss the Seattle area which was home for 18 years before my Utah move. Im going back within a years or two i think. I miss the Northwest so much.
@halohat2286 Home always have different meanings at different times. I miss home (Seattle) when I’m traveling for work. I miss the food from Hong Kong as it is my hometown. Glad that the video made you feel homesick come back to Seattle soon! 😀
@martykong3592 these are my go-to places to grab affordable and delicious Chinese food. Hope you like them and let me know places that you think I should try!
THANKS AGAIN! Not sure if its as affordable, but Early Bird Cafe in Kirkland and go to Hong Kong Dim sum on Aurora and 125th by Hobby Lobby? :) ALL the BEST and Cheers! :)@@five.picky.foodies
I love your food review!!! I’m visiting Seattle today, is tipping required to all the food places that you have shown if I intend to dine in? Thanks!! 😊
I appreciate your honesty in evaluating the food you eat

Beacon BBQ and Dim Sum King don’t really need to tip but the workers there are so nice and fast!
@ thank you!! 😊
The Black Pepper Pork Chop at A+ Hong Kong Kitchen is also good.
Need to try it! 😋
Only one place was in Seattle
First time watching your vlogs. I think you have some good contents, but almost all the things are over 10 bucks!
Thanks for the feedback. I will continue to find under $10 eats which is getting more rare. 😅
@@five.picky.foodies I wholeheartedly agree. It's almost impossible to find any good foods for under $10 in the Seattle area now.
