#Float session using Worm, Maggot and Sweetcorn. The Worms paid off today as I caught my big #Rudd, it must have been well over a 1LB. I caught numerous small Roach and one Silver Bream as well. A lovely quiet place to fish and I’ll definitely be going back. Next time I think I’ll try the maggot feeder. Apparently species in this local Pond are, Roach, Rudd, Bream and Carp.

Lovely, I had a good autumn/winter on there carp fishing almost 20 years ago.

Thank you, it still is a great looking lake 20 years later. I had a good first session over there with Rudd, roach and small bream on the float. Carp were also jumping up out of the water. I’m looking forward to going back and hitting the Rudd, roach again with maggot feeder next time 👍🏻
