Our property management asking us to sign an agreement to pay for the tenant utility bills, are we as landlord suppose to be responsible for paying their utility bills???
Not usually! Usually owners only pay for water/sewer. But that’s all negotiable between you and tenants

We believe it is more of a cash-flow area as opposed to a long term appreciation play, but the proximity to some nice areas make it a wild card.
Is it a B or C neighborhood?
