Would you guys include the Cleveland incentive programs that most investors don’t know about? Like the “Heritage Home Program” specifically for those home that are 50+ years old, the Housing Enhancement Loan Program (HELP), etc. alongside your Lead Safe video? Or maybe separately.

Great videos guys. What are you guys seeing in pricing in homes? Has it dipped or moved sideways?
We currently have a low amount of inventory so the prices have stayed high and many of the multi families are getting multiple offers.
@@greathouseteam awesome thanks! I got a rental property in Maple Heights . Looking into a DSCR loan to refi and pull my money back out that I’ve invested but I don’t know if I should do it now or wait see if the market out there increases or if interest rates drop a bit? Any suggestions?

Those neighborhoods sometimes have really good cash flow but you are taking a risk with higher turnover and less appreciation.
