I'm looking to invest in a small multifamily in Cleveland. I'm very surprised about the section 8 program taking up to 90 days! I wonder if the office is extremely under staffed or there's an abundance of properties for section 8 than they don't see the need to expedite the process.

Have you helped clients out of united states to buy property in cleveland area? Is property tax high in Euclid?
