Cheryl miller was a treat to watch on TV. I consider her my favorite College payer of all time. It was especially meaningful because the McGee twins Pam and Paula played along side her. I grew up with them in Flint, Michigan and it was so awesome when they went to USC. Cheryl played like no one I had ever seen before she was amazing ✨💙💫🤗
People are talking about Caitlin Clark like she is the all time great, but Cheryl Miller once scored 100 points in a game. I think Caitlin Clark is an outstanding basketball player, but there were others who came before her who captured our attention. Cheryl Miller is in the basketball hall of fame.
It’s ok to talk about Caitlin Clark. Cheryl hasn’t played in over 30 yrs …….you act like you haven’t watched basketball since. Caitlin is elite it’s ok to celebrate her.
Yes I love Miller and what she has meant to women's basketball, but why make this comparison? Different eras, appreciate both why not. There wasnt even a wnba in Miller day so the young folks will flock to Clark because shes her now.

The absolute GOAT of women's basketball. A legend. Caitlyn, could never!!! She used to shop at an establishment I worked, probably still does: wonderful wonderful lady.
Cheryl Miller is my G O A T. I think she could have played in the N B A - that's how good I think she was. Perhaps, the W N B A should have a trophy/award in her honor, like the Bill Russell award/trophy for the N B A Championship Trophy 🏆. Who's out there agree with me?

Oh my bad. My agree was to a 🏆 in her honor. Of course she could not have played against Charles Oakley and Hakeem and the NBA monsters of the time. However, she did drop a hundo on mfr's so there's that. Lol I want to see women's professional sports grow. That is a difficult journey by itself without ignorance and hatred. Peace and Love.
She’s my favorite NBA commentator of all time. Whenever Reggie dropped a half court jumper she’d chastise the defender about giving her brother layups. It was so cool watching her trash talk about her brother.
And that is the problem now, parents want to be “liked” instead of being a task master and doing what needs to be done. It’s ok to be an “a-hole” to your children. Because life will be an “a-hole” to your children wether you like it or not.
I agree w/you whole heartedly. Parents want to be their children's friend. What they don't realize is that their children WANT & NEED parents. They'll have friends outside of their home.
You’re really making a very general statement. Many kids today are being raised fine. My kids, four in all have turned out much better than I ever was. Mostly because I raised them much differently than my parents raised me.
@@mtadams2009, you can say it’s general but I work in the school system and I know what I see. No discipline and a lot of kids not being scolded in public.
Depends if you want to raise soldiers or leaders. I'm definitely the task master and my kids had scholarships, but we also spoke things out for full understanding before punishment was dished. This taught them to think logically vs act emotionally.
I grew up on the East side of Riverside and her HS was our rival, though she's like 13 years older. My neighborhood wasn't anything like Mayberry in the late 80s-early 90s but she grew up in a bit of a nicer neighborhood that seemed farther away then than it actually was. A mile back then seemed like 5 miles now.

Love Cheryl. So confident and likable at same time. I always heard she was the female 🐐 and assumed she was very skilled but, good lord she was so athletic. True alpha. Before LaVar, came the Miller dad/general. What a family.
Went to junior high and high school with Reggie and Cheryl, Riverside Poly High, they both were great athletes, at that level Cheryl was the bomb more so than Reggie !!
She’s my favorite woman’s basketball player of all time, and all I know is she won national championships at USC, while her brother didn’t for the FUCLA bRuins…..✌🏻

Yes. Please talk about Cheryl and the accomplishments made at USC with the McGee twins and Cynthia Cooper. Please stop the hype with Caitlin Clark. Cheryl was legend and gets no love.
Reggie Miller was not a March Madness legend. I lived in LA in 1987 and EVERYONE out there was looking forward to either UCLA or UNLV to win the national championship. That didn't happen because Fennis Dembo lit him up for 41 in the Wyoming win and Indiana outran UNLV in the Final Four.
Greatest troll . Trolled Reggie with a 100 point game you see his spirit beig crushed Reggie i scored 40 im going be on TV Cheryl i scored 100 in 3 quarters. Reggie i hate you😂
True story....I love Cheryl! I always thought she was a class act and a great ambassador for basketball and women's athletics. Meanwhile I can't stand Reggie. I wanted to fight that dude. I can't stand to see his face, or hear his voice.
Why do people fabricate so much? If her dad was active military and a part time musician, they weren’t financially struggling unless they weren’t budgeting correctly. Our people get cornered into the same old third party stories of hardship instead of celebrating a glorious upbringing. STILL CANT BELIEVE THEY CALLED HER 6 DAYS BE FOR THE ALLSTARS GAME & DID’NT PAY HER ONE RED CENT BEYOND SHAMEFUL!!!!!

She was the women's GOAT for years
Looks better older than when she was playing. Talks like her brother and looks like him.
I was saying the same thing before I saw your comment
Cheryl is my goat…
little known fact- Reggie and Cheryl have a brother Darryl who played in the major leagues for a few years.
That's how you become a very good ball player. This should be heard by anyone who doesn't understand dedication.
