5:52 The reason the indicator for G4's dizzy comes in so late is because of how the firing stance works on tank builds. Basically if he is already either firing or charging any of his other weapons, then he's already in firing stance so the launcher has next-to-no delay from "pressing the button" to actually firing. Giving no time for the warning indicator.
Iguazu actually does have an assault armour expansion starting from watchpoint alpha and onwards, in grid 086, and in the Institute city as well. Shame we only get to use his weaker version from the dam mission.
I believe that after he upgrades during the fight with V2 Snail he uses a different Generator, but other than that awesome video, I’ve been playing the missions back and even PvPing with G5 so this was super fun to watch
He not only uses a different generator, but he also uses ALLMIND arms and laser orbit. He also had that kit in Depth 2 Edit: Ok, I'm at the part where he uses the upgrades
At 12:00 I think another reason why Balteus is easier on later playthroughs is the fact that with the OS upgrades you take less damage, and cause more damage with your weapons, not to mention having better parts it's not just the nerfs to his missile tracking.
My first play through was post nerf and I had to leave the fight and buy the pulse gun because I read that it was good for shields. Anyway I did have to leave the mission and change my gun so still hard, but I beat him immediately after soo not as difficult
@@eunie9 Yeah, Balteus is less of a skill check and more of a loadout check, which is kind of annoying given how much freedom you have to buildcraft, but only a few really feel viable on bosses.
It also makes a huge difference if you equip yourself with pulse weapons because those will eat up it's pulse shield very quickly and that results in stagger. Snail's Balteus couldn't even use it's purple beam against me because I kept the pressure on him.
Thank You. You've really proved that Iguazu could of been "a protagonist" if he really put his mind to it and focused. If you feel like you've done everything you need to with AC6, consider trying Daemon X Machina. Armoured Core's awkward cousin.
Looking into the AC data presets, Iguazu is holding himself back by trying to be a cooler Trainer AC. No joke, there are only 3 differences: he is using C3 Melander instead of normal Melander, using Ming tang instead of Yaba, and adding a Pulse shield. C3 is overall a more efficient set for a lighter, faster build. But the generator and pulse shield brings Headbringer to the same speed as the Tester AC, with only a better generator and ability to reduce damage to show for it. While being 800 AP weaker. All the parts needed to improve on his AC are Balam/Dafeng parts too, and they're just upscaled versions of his current gear. I Swapped the Curtis for a Harris, the ludlow for a changchen, the 4 cell launcher for a 10 cell launcher, and slapped the P06SPD on there and it's noticably better. It has almost twice as much total firepower and can strafe faster than his AC can QB. Also, I actually tried using this improved setup against Volta and Iguazu, didn't even add a core expansion to it either, and, after 6 tries, I was able to beat them, though I did have some help from the Tetrapod MT, but they ganged up on it and tore it apart pretty quickly and they really stayed on my @ss the whole time so I rarely ever managed to split them up. I used up all 3 repair kits, used up roughly half my ammo, and had 5k AP left. The pulse shield was actually what saved me on my last attempt, reducing Volta's DPS and impact advantage over me while my MG was reloading. That's how close Iguazu was to actually having a solid AC. That. And having a core expansion. Assault armor would have made the fight much easier. I might test that. Update: can confirm, with assault armor I beat them in 1 go, used up less ammo, ended with more AP, and didn't even need the Tetrapod. Iguazu's refusal to use an expansion is definately the word part of his build.
You said you kept getting hit, but often during fights you have a full energy bar.. even if quickboosting isn't as effective as normal, I'd still recommend using it a lot more. I identified a critical problem with Iguazu's built the moment I saw it; He has the full auto weapon that can't charge behind a shield, behind a shield. If you swapped the Curtis and Ludlow around, his build would become 120% better. Cause you can fire off the Ludlow from behind a shield while charging the Curtis, which doesn't drop the shield, and then you can pop off curtis charge shots where you want. When firing basic curtis shots, you can back off and not need the shield as much due to distance, which the Ludlow suffers at.
i found a little cheese for the V.II and G.5 fight in the sewer hole. if you stay in the sewer pipe (where you go through to get to snail's arena) they will try to come up and at those points you can deal damage to them with taking minimal damage
Actually Iguazu AC is pretty cancer if you force short range skirmishes until ACSOver then shoot with the linear, but its heavily dependant in a single play style that needs TO MUCH time polishing even more using his wepons(you can change them for better versions to get yourself goin and after understanding the basics, partially reverts back to the original, its actually fun :) ) Im glad if this helps anyone who tries G5 Builld
24:02 Btw ALLMIND is definitely doable without changing to his convergence counterpart in phase 1 you can ignore the drone and focus only on her, iguazu build has enough mobility and kite range to do that, just beware the annoying knife guy phase 2 is exactly as you said in the video if you can parry his attack constantly you'll be fine and the difficulty of this phase came from how much allmind's spiders pay attention to you anyway phase 3 is also the same minus spiders, but you also have to doge big attack since it usually go through shield It maybe hard but still doable AND steelhaze orthus is ALSO doable in arquebus balteus fight stop calling it bad it just have different play style
if yo uhad trouble with accuracy, i suggest free locking instead of hard locking. that way you have more accuracy in your shots but have to manage your aiming.
no, he's literally a loser. But you can beat end game Iguazu with it because he's a loser. But if you can do that to the end game final boss, that means you can beat the game with it. But that's only because you're not Iguazu.
OHHH yeah Headbringer does upgrade the Ming Tang for an Arquebus generator PROBABLY VP-20C or S and yes you are coping he is using the SPD booster he's still using the Furlong P04 just dropped the shield for orbit and the arms for allmind ones
yeaaaah, this duo is incredibly difficult conpared to so many other missions. I don't know why, it is just a stagger fest impossible to dodge everything. When I was using the curtis I noticed The charge shot is more of a finisher. It has a TON of stagger, often times 50-70% of the bar. But a big portion of it is temporary and decays in a second. The machine gun... Has never had enough ammo for the damage it does.. Really sad because I love the gun. Maybe I need to go back with the duo of Curtis and SMG instead.
I know we love to rag on Iguazu, but... he really is a tragic figure. I know some people with severe childhood trauma that manifests very similarly to how he acts, and it's just depressing.

i found a little cheese for the V.II and G.5 fight in the sewer hole. if you stay in the sewer pipe (where you go through to get to snail's arena) they will try to come up and at those points you can deal damage to them with taking minimal damage
Man, your voice is _so_ familiar, you sound like someone but I can't remember who. Love the content, though! Definitely gonna stick around
10:00 ok damn, Ive never seen Kate take out one of the EKDROMOI before... what a high roll...
>Mentions 'no stagger punishment'
>Never charges the linear rifle
Actually Iguazu AC is pretty cancer if you force short range skirmishes until ACSOver then shoot with the linear, but its heavily dependant in a single play style that needs TO MUCH time polishing even more using his wepons(you can change them for better versions to get yourself goin and after understanding the basics, partially reverts back to the original, its actually fun :) )
Im glad if this helps anyone who tries G5 Builld
What is the song at the very start of the intro? The entire intro goes so unbelievably hard I adore it
Cyberpunk ost
Rebel path and V’s theme
To defeat the Iguazu, I had no choice but to become the Iguazu.
🎉But seriously beat the game with invincible rummy only it will be awesome🎉
24:02 Btw ALLMIND is definitely doable without changing to his convergence counterpart
in phase 1 you can ignore the drone and focus only on her, iguazu build has enough mobility and kite range to do that, just beware the annoying knife guy
phase 2 is exactly as you said in the video if you can parry his attack constantly you'll be fine and the difficulty of this phase came from how much allmind's spiders pay attention to you anyway
phase 3 is also the same minus spiders, but you also have to doge big attack since it usually go through shield
It maybe hard but still doable
AND steelhaze orthus is ALSO doable in arquebus balteus fight stop calling it bad it just have different play style
12:59 what’s the music name of this song?????? Please I need it
I almost feel bad for Iguazu, I just feel like he's a short tempered kid who just wants to best us
Using Iguazu Melander AC to defeat Allmind Iguazu is the ultimate "RUBBING 99% IPA ALCOHOL TO THE WOUND" kind of insult to him
I wonder if you'd consider coming back to this idea, what with all the updates and such since then?
But can you beat the game as Iguana while listening to painful noises any time Ayre speaks, for the true experience
Man if this is possible then Iguazu's got some real skill issues
Iguazu assembly is quite balanced
But weapons are too weak
if yo uhad trouble with accuracy, i suggest free locking instead of hard locking. that way you have more accuracy in your shots but have to manage your aiming.
G5 never stood a chance against my pilebunker :)
Did you choose The Rebel's Path for the opening Iguazu fancam just because V from Cyberpunk 2077 also has voices in his head that he doesn't like
what's the song in the ALLMIND boss fight?
Idea: Can You Beat AC6 as Cinder Carla?
no, he's literally a loser. But you can beat end game Iguazu with it because he's a loser. But if you can do that to the end game final boss, that means you can beat the game with it. But that's only because you're not Iguazu.
Iquazu!!! ):D
I'M BACK, you piece of cheeseballs!!!
Ok but why does Cyberpunk 2077 theme work so well for Iguazu?
His ac is not bad, just average...
Cyberpunk soundtracks go hard
Anyone knows the song he use for the cataphract
i didnt even know you could parry
you should beat the game as raven next
Can you beat it as gun 13 design spec?
So it turns out, without a doubt, unequivocally, that the thing that seperated us from each, was a skill issue.
Next try and beat AC6 as G1 Michigan
I thought that shield was only good if you parry with it instead of holding.
Was a 140 second intro really necessary ?
Just proves its less of an ac issue an just his skill issue
What's the intro music?
Cyberpunk
Rebel path and V theme
Iguazu vs Iguazu comes down to who has the bigger hater energy
"What makes you so special?" In all seriousness, its because we enjoy AC combat. Its clear iguazu doesnt.
I know we love to rag on Iguazu, but... he really is a tragic figure. I know some people with severe childhood trauma that manifests very similarly to how he acts, and it's just depressing.
Iguazu's AC isn't even that bad, he i just bad at the game...
You say his build sucks but a few modifications would have made him a real threat.
Moral of the story? Rage less, tinker more.
It’s called ludlow
I kinda hope the result is no xD Just to spite Iguazu
great i now rememebr the gabriel and tohru memes from back when. someone do shit like that with g5's voice
Can you beat iguazu as iguazu?
Iguazu's AC is called head bringer not head hunter
