    Thanks Joe. Really wasn’t feeling a workout this morning as had been up in the night with my little boy, but I woke up and put gym gear straight on and went for it. Feel so much better and more awake already. 20 mins is the perfect length for me too!

    I’ve given this a thumbs down, but not because it’s a bad workout, because I can keep track that it’s one that’s not for me. It requires more space than I have, so wasn’t the best for myself. But a great workout. Thanks Jo for your videos! They are by far the best on TH-cam, you motivate us like no one else can! I love your energy, it’s so infectious!

    Great workout as usual Joe, thanks! Have you considered doing a "small room" workout? My floorspace measures at about 2 metres by 1 and some of the excercises are hard to fit into the space. Probably not a common problem but would love a "narrow workout" (about the size of a yoga mat) if you can think of anything?

      Check out his hotel HIIT sessions. They tend to utilise small spaces for workouts.

    After dropping a 5kg weight on my foot been unable get trainers on so last 4 Week been Weights only - enjoyed being back to a hiit xxxxxxx being on advanced plan again come Monday - apps amazing xx

    Another great workout! I love your workouts and feel so much better after I workout. I do a lot of hiit and yoga so put a lot of pressure on my hands and wrists. I was wondering if you could possibly do a hands free workout?

    Never thought I’d be a lover of HIIT workouts! But I’ve been doing yours for 2 years now and definitely seen results 💪🏼 THANK YOU JOE!! I love the fact they’re short but ‘sweat’!!!

    Hi love these shorter workouts as Im working FT and at uni too, so not much time. What could you recommend for a beginning of a muffin top at the back of the body - im not overweight but am reaching 52 now and just noticed this starting to happen

    Starting to do your workouts with my 13 yo son over summer break. Kids do a lot of screen times these days and parents need help with activities they can do at drop of a hat at home. It’s hard to come up with things on our own. It would be great if you could invite a few teens and have them on a workout to help support parents. Just an idea.
