    The perfect cookie for coffee/tea time. 🫖☕️
    Nutrition Facts (Total):
    648cal • 55.3g Carb • 46.8g Protein • 25.0g Fat
    = makes 10 servings, 64.8kcal each
    Ingredients:
    ✦ 100g Magerquark / Cottage Cheese (low fat)
    ✦ 1 Egg
    ✦ 20g Protein Powder "Vanilla"
    ✦ 75g Oats
    ✦ 20g Coconut Flakes or any other nut/nutbutter of your choice
    ✦ 1 Tsp. Baking Powder
    ✦ 1 Tsp. Cinnamon

    Preparation:
    1. Take a bowl and whisk together quark and eggs.
    2. Add the protein powder and continue to stir vigorously.
    3. In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
    4. Add them to the quark-egg mixture.
    5. Shape the dough into 10 cookies and place them on the prepared baking tray.
    5. Bake the Cookies in the oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
