I would love more workouts like this one! I'm 18 1/2 weeks pregnant with my second child, and the all standing is perfect for me at this stage in my life, as I'm not supposed to be doing crunches, planks, etc. Pretty proud of myself. I was able to use 10-25lbs dumbbells throughout! THANK YOU for helping me stay fit during my pregnancy.

I loved this workout! I’ve always had issues with getting up and down numerous times during a workout and this was perfect! I’m thrilled at myself for doing this with heavy weights all the way through at 62!
This was great, thank you! I wish this without announced on the screen which weights we were switching to. I know you put it in the description but that means stopping the workout to to go read it, which I think reduces the effectiveness. Also, it'll be nicer if there was something to break up the different sets. For example, do 2-3 workouts with one set each. One 45 secs set of the snatches and one 45 sec set of back lounges with bicep curls; and go back to snatches for second set, followed by curls.

I love this workout so much! I split it up and do one half one day and then one half the next day. I love that it is INTENSE yet is only standing!!!! Please make more long ones like this that are only standing best workout 🤩

I appreciate the concentric/eccentric for each movement. It wasn't rushed and really allowed me to build that mind-muscle connection. It's suitable for my fitness level. I prefer standing dumbbell strength workouts the most. It's low impact, the moves are not too crazy, I don't feel like dying and panting to death yet still get a great sweat fest everytime! Really, thank you, Penny! I hope you create more of this. 1 hr preferably 😅

Really enjoyed this!! Since I didn't have to worry about any plank or floor ab movements, I was able to go heavier on the shoulder movements. Definitely full body, my legs were shaking while I was trying to do the row/flys! Huge fan of doing movements back to back, so this was a workout after my own heart 😊 Thanks so much, you're the best!

Alternatively, you could color code the weights or put some tape around, like no tape is the lightest, 1 tape is the medium and 3 tapes is largest.

Really enjoyed this!! Since I didn't have to worry about any plank or floor ab movements, I was able to go heavier on the shoulder movements. Definitely full body, my legs were shaking while I was trying to do the row/flys! Huge fan of doing movements back to back, so this was a workout after my own heart 😊 Thanks so much, you're the best!
