Hi Penny..frankly i have issue on my right knee so , forward n backward lunge is not my fav😦..however the rest of the workouts are great, and the best is the core. Have completed the workout though💪💪. Feeling happy. Day 6 here we come. Thanks again.

I didn’t realize how sore my chest was from Thursday until I started this workout this morning! Incredible! I loved the ab circuit! I will do that circuit on its own frequently! Day 5 done!! 💪🏼🥰
It’s day 6 and I just did this day 5 workout cuz I needed a rest day. Knowing it was a 60 min workout had me worries but then hearing there was no jumping got me feeling better lol. No jumping but lots of sweating because of the muscles and intensity. Full body workout done!✅🤪👍
Absolutely loved this one. I love the combo upper and lower body moves. I really feel like I get. Well rounded workout. I also love your combo cardio me strength. This classes challenge me and when I am done I really know I worked my muscles and my heart. Thanks
Great challenge. I like the longer workouts for Saturdays (at least that's how it works out for my schedule. ) Sunday is a rest day for me so I'll see you Monday!

That really was brutal, brutal, brutal, omg penny amazing workout just completed it at the gym, has to have a few breaks in between due to my medical condition but I got through it that workout really kicked my ass all the way through possibly one of your most challenging brutal strength workouts iv done yet, I shall definitely repeat this workout thank you penny xx❤

I have to agree with the comment below, it wasn’t brutal it was challenging, those sumo squats with a clean press always gets me screaming 🔥🔥ask me a month ago when I first started doing your workout videos, YES it would have been very brutal 😂, but if u stay consistent you began to built strength in your muscles and your in endurance!!
