    I had MS and i am off my meds, completely cured. All i do is breathing and meditations. Thats it. Its been 5 years no symptoms nothing like i had never have it. Keep doing the work. If you dont believe it yet, pls learn, read listen Dr Joe. Fill your brain with information and do the meditations at the same time. You will get there eventually 🤗 ps. I have had so much trauma and loss in my life as well. If i did it, anyone can do it. Honestly keep doing the work.

    I was feeling really down today and have been meditating for about a year having started at the beginning of the pandemic. I have had MS for about 23 years and just when I felt like giving up this was such an inspiration to me so onward I’ll go

      It is happening to me a lot, but days that we feel like that are most important and sitting down and meditating will show results after that day in a big way.
      We really are not the body, our memory, things around us, people and pretty much anything else.
      I learned that the first time my body shut down while i was awake in meditation, and for any problem to appear i just had to open my eyes and reimagine those problems again and by not doing that i let the nervous system recharge..
      I dont remember myself anymore, bunch of messed up memories not related to my energy.
      Cheers!keep up!

      @@tucsongirl4082 Hi Loti! It's a journey! There's many helpful things I've discovered on my way through. I'm happy to share them. In addition to this work, I also do the work of Irene Lyon, she's on TH-cam. Trauma healing and nervous system regulation. Understanding where everything fits in is really important I've found. if you have MS do this but also look up Dr Terry Wahls. she's a medical doctor who followed the standard treatment for her MS and gave up because she ended up in a wheelchair. she has healed herself with food--and GLUTEN is a very big part of the problem. start with her Tedtalk. you have to change your mind, but you also have to stop harming yourself physically--cuz that's truly loving yourself. oh, and she's doing clinical studies with people who have given up after medical treatment. care to guess what happens? she's now expanded beyond just folks with MS

    • @avimae4225

      Dr Whals Protocol is amazing!!!! A friend of mine was diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive form of MS. They told her she'd be in a wheelchair in six months. She flipped them off 6 years ago and follows the Wahls Protocol religiously! She is still out of her wheelchair!

    • @Kate-kt6qv
      @Kate-kt6qv 5 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      That's great for those that the Walhs protocol helped. Fabulous! But it's not the only way. It's matter to matter only. Dr Joe's work is so much more powerful. Remember that what you believe is a huge part of it, the Placebo effect. The wahls protocol included. It wasn't a fit for me. And that's ok.
