Joe Dispenza is one thing that, I really wish there would be a deep scientific university research on the effects of his methods. I'm one of those skeptical people who need an overwhelming scientific evidence before believing and I want to believe that Joe's methods work. I see the stories, I feel better doing the stuff but I really think this should get the attention that Wim Hof method got with the research.
If you want tangential evidence, look into Michael Levin’s work (many videos on TH-cam) - he has a lab at Tufts that studies bio electricity, cognition, “mind everywhere”

Thank you Sarah for your courage to move forward despite traditional medicine. Sad many doctors become angered when a patient refuses the findings...not even paying attention the gift they have to assist in some ways. It also means a loss of income as well as the disconnect they have with healing. You actually answered a matter for me...I'm finding the more I meditate the more pain shows up on one side. I'm trusting it's the fight my body doesn't desire to give up, the comfort I've placed it in through survival. Sara is a very advanced student -- and some of the meditations need to built on, so you need to start with what is available on his site and to the public, which are many. If you study further with him at advanced workshops, you'll be ready for other meditations that will be avail available to you at that time.But soooo many shifts will happen if you study carefully what is there in his 3 books and the mediations cds if done faithfully!
There is one free meditation on TH-cam called Rest and Renew. I recommend purchasing (either through ITunes or Dr. Joe's website) the Blessing of the Energy Centers meditation. You'll want to read "Becoming Supernatural" (his latest book) to really understand how to do these meditations. The Breath meditations are AMAZING as well. You won't be sorry for following these leads into Dr. Joe's work. I just returned from a Progressive Workshop (the last live one) and it was worth every moment and every penny.
