EXACTLY what I needed to hear! A lifetime of chaos after a childhood full of trauma can be healed instantly...for Justine AND for me!!
When she said all she ever wanted was for her father to be proud of her, I broke down crying.
I've never felt good enough. Not a good enough daughter, not a good enough wife. Not a good enough mother, etc, etc
Not because anyone said that. I felt it. And I imposed those standards on myself.
Not enoughness.
As I recover from a stroke, no matter how much I do, no matter how hard I try, it's never enough. There's always more.
Because it's matter trying to change matter. It's w exhausting!
I'm working through the Progressive for the second time learning to raise my energy. And trying to figure out how to surrender. How to love myself back to health.
I meditate at least once a day.
Because I know deep I nside that life isn't supposed to be this hard.
I intend to generate a miracle healing to completely heal my mind, body and spirit to feel and be whole.
I've watched this one so many times at this point. One of my absolute favorites! "We can say that in one event, she was born again."
OK ,how much do I owe you for this? I feel like I should be paying you. Dr. Joe,I am going to thank you on every single video that I watch I think. I am completely in awe of you ,your teachings and all of this. I now have such a hunger and drive for this. I can actually fix myself!!! I will reach this point, I will meet you someday and I will feel that freedom as I cross the river. I am ready! Thank you! Thank you! ☝️❤️

What a beautiful story of healing and love. I had a brother who had a tough time with drugs... And he was murdered in the street at the age of 30, with a baby on the way. It was such a tragedy and so shocking... So much unresolved. So much life left to live. And it just rocked my world!
I have been doing the work everyday for the past 7 months now, but I KNOW deep down that finding healing with the pain and the tragedy is integral to my transformation in my spiritual evolution.

SO happy for you Justine. And truly truly inspired. Truly appreciate your work Joe. I do think the kissing and extra long hugs are unprofessional. Especially when people are in vulnerable states. There seems to be so much good in this work. I only hope Joe lives with as much integrity as possible. It would be so damaging to so many if he didn't. Where did he study neuroscience? If it was just personal study, that's fine. But there is no need to imply it was from university if it wasn't. I was so impacted by finding the first couple videos of his and testimonials and meditation.. But upon research, I can see what appear to be "yellow flags" even though I wish there weren't. I'd say honoring people's personal space is one of those. As is being up front about qualifications. And being careful about the science end of things, not leading people on with studies or "facts" that are not well founded. Your research does not seem to be close to double blind peer reviewed. Which doesn't mean there is not value to it. But I just hope and pray Joe's heart is in the right place, and seeing clearly, guided by care and concern for others and not just money, and not exaggerating or making himself or his work out to be something it's not.
