Dude, I have watched so many videos trying to find the best one starting out, and I have been out of the game since the mid 2000's producing experimental video and commercials when there were 3 chip cameras. Sl2 is such a sweet camera for beginners
How about CLEAN HDMI? Besides ability to stream, it also determines if you can use external recorder (Ninja V, etc)

I'm surprised they never mentioned Sony when taking about autofocus. Canon may have amazing autofocus, but Sony just barely topped it with their A7S-III.

I checked it all with my GH5S, except autofocus. It's hard to shoot yourself without it, but otherwise this camera is amazing for beginner in this price range.

I just purchase online film Academy course, Canon SL2 & Sony A6300 for my wife and daughter new TH-cam channel!!
Remember a 4k video rescaled to a 1080p screen has more information than a 1080p video and same with 1080 to 720.

The fz330 is the only weather sealed good camera under 400. I could get a g7 but for my needs I need something that is weather sealed, does anyone have any suggestions?

Right off the bat I have a slight disagreement with your first point. I came from shooting on video cameras and learned how to create bokeh and interesting shots. Yes, I now shoot mostly on mirrorless, sometimes having a compact camcorder with manual focus and other manual features is the best thing in a run and gun.
Otherwise I agree with the rest of the video!

I bet that the majority of movimakers who actually shoot from a photo- systemcamera is using a Sony A7 (it has almost become a industrystandard( And I have yet to met anyony who claim that Canons autofocus is better than Sonys…..but what do I know.

kinda. the stabilisation is terrible and 4k crop is quite big but the rest is good in my opinion.
