This is EXACTLY what I was looking for! I need to see why I don't have power to my fuse, could be the relay. I'm going to remove the relay and see if I can jump the connections and get the horn to honk. THANK YOU!
The 15 amp fuse for my horn on my 2002 GMC sierra 1500 pick up truck blows. Every time I press the horn several times it blows. I don’t know why it does this but I know I have a relay for the horn and a fuse but it’s mainly the fuse that blows out. what is the problem?

Since when does it not matter which side of the relay gets power and which side of the relay puts power out when switched on by the relay?
