What did you (or will you) choose for your PMHNP program - online, traditional, or hybrid of both??
I'm not sure why you popped up. I searched for my university Wilkes and PMHNP. I wanted to see your perspective and you seem very articulate. I believe we are on a similar track. I just completed semester 3 and moving on to semester 4 of 7.

I’m in my first year of online pmhnp program. So far so good! My school has brick and mortar locations, but has a large online presence. So far so good! I feel like I’m learning a lot, but you definitely have to be self motivated!
So true! I think the self motivational qualities developed in NP school translate to practice as well. My program is mostly online, but we do have several multi-day on campus events to attend. Keep up the good work!
I live in NYS and the NYSED have a list of their only recognized/accredited NP programs. They don't accredit fully online NP programs.

Have you heard of Rocky Mount University? It is accredited but I’m nervous because a lot of people have never heard of the school and I’m wondering if that’s going to keep me from getting hired

@@MyPMHNPJourney they have a fused together Pmhnp /FNP program. One program and you complete in 2 years with both Pmhnp/FNP certification
