This man's picking up 16 gauge sheet metal with the thumb of a 20 ton excavator and not leaving a dent- and I can't even dip a chip in melted cheese without breaking it.
hitch it up, drag onto pavement, work it back and forth, add some weight and try more, it will probably let loose and clean up fast in braking. if not drag back off pavement service/overhaul time, likely a good idea to check, clean and redo all bearings anyway ;)
You need to get some eye pads welded on the back of the bucket,, if i lived closer I’d help you out and make some and get them welded on for you my friend! I’m a retired welder brother!
My son Koen and I enjoy watching your videos. For his third Christmas I got the same set of Volvo toys you just received and he has been playing with them all day!
MERRY CHRISTMAS Chris/family/viewers. Thanks so much for all the hard work you do bringing us along while you work. I just want you to know that it is very much appreciated. I hope all the best for you and your family.
very cool. i note a part of the deck board missing. looks like someone went fishing for the release tool hole. What's the update? did it find a good home?
Nothing wrong with tipping it over, just be careful of the landing gear. Benn a mechanic for thirty years, glad to see him take it to a shop that knows how to fix it right than patch it together.
Take up truck and hook it up to it and build your air pressure up and then push it to the brakes. We have alot of trailers that do that where i work at.
Wow what a lovely Christmas present from Marcus. I could tell you really enjoyed it Chris. Merry Christmas to you your family Chris. Stay safe and healthy. God Bless.
critters and dust get into the lines bunging everything up, 2 valves on the tank likely need tore apart and cleaned/new orings and all the lines need cleaned or replaced... had the memorable joy of doing the very same to my 60's tag trailer over the summer
Wow his reaction made it seem that mite have been his first maybe second set of toy earth moving equipment but I see hes got 100s of them haha thats awesome!
Yup - you are right - when you opened the gift and saw the yellow paint I thought TONKA. Great addition to the collection there. Merry Christmas & Happy New year to you and yours.
Merry Christmas Chris. I Love the die cast collection, I still have all the die cast cars I've collected over the years. The wife made me quit buying them though because there are so many i was running out of places to display them. Looking forward to the next video.
Bugs nests in the air hoses? Can't really see if the gladhands were dummied off. Mud dobbers wreak havoc on open air lines. And of course shoes literally grow on to drums when not released occasionally, can be a real pita to get released because, well, not everybody has an excavator handy to flip the trailer over. Lol. Merry Christmas!
Shit man you already fix it. The brake shoes rusted to the brake drum. All you have to do is put air to the trailer and adjut the brakes. Tighten slack adjuster all the way down the back off half turn.
IF I send you some Hitachi Orange or Volvo Grey...will you paint over the Yellow {or as we say in Kentucky...Yeller} ;-) that is left on the bucket....PLEASE!!!
Had the same problem for 5 years with my 20-ton TraiKing, it would take 20 minutes to get the brakes to release. Got worst every year. Finally decided one day to tear it apart. Found out the charge line was pack with mud about 7 feet from the glad hand. Cut the line out for about 3 feet and spliced in a new section. Released like the day we bought it. From then on would tape gland hands up when it would be sitting for a long period of time.
@@mrs.eliteearthworks yes that would be quite the road trip! Maybe if you could hire someone to deliver it. Someone who used to haul cars. Someone who WorksALot?

The camera pan to the display cadinets at the end was unintentionally hilarious.
OMG didn't know you had such a large model collection...…………. I love it.
Well that’s a side I haven’t seen, how bout showing off your collection of toys there! Looks cool

what's your favourite choice 0ff machine Volvo - zaxis or Doosan?
Hey Chris, I give you a 10 on that three-point Dismount at 1.47. lol,. Merry Christmas Happy New Year to all

also, grease all the fittings and blow hammer on the arms whilst air is connected.....
Bought my nephew the same set for Xmas. Tractor supply for the win!
Alright the project at hand right now is with this tag trailer.
Wow his reaction made it seem that mite have been his first maybe second set of toy earth moving equipment but I see hes got 100s of them haha thats awesome!
Those are collectibles not toys hahaha
@@rollinlowford yes you are rite! That was the word I was looking for lol. That is an amazing collection of collectables hes got.

id be interested to see the 20ton and the 25ton trailers in a side by side comparison.
How do you know its Christmas time? Chris uses his newer new truck to go to work.
Cool gift.
Well that’s one way to work on a trailer . I like the toys lol

Merry Christmas to you and your family. Ya just can't beat a hydraulic thumb. 😊☺️👍
Hope you have a Merry Christmas, Chris. Love your videos and really appreciate the time and effort you put into entertaining us each day.
Maybe mud daubers built nest in the air lines and the air is not getting back to the air valve or the valve could be bad itself.
Im needing a longer trailer, do you think that your 20 ton tag trailer is to heavy for my 94 f150..... :)
Man and I thought my toy collection was BIG.😂
Merry Christmas and thank you for the videos

I've always been curious, What's the "18" refer to in Let's Dig 18?

send enough ill paint the machine LOL
Great as Always Chris !! Hope you had a Merry Christmas !! Have a Great Evening....

Chris I think you have been watching to many Andrew Camarata videos.
No Andrew would have flipped it without the chain!
At first I thought the thumbnail was an Andrew Camarata upload?
Obviously he has been watching Camarata's videos. Every time Camarata does a video, within few weeks it's on Chris' channel.
Merry Christmas to you your family and the crew God bless
Nice model equipment collection!
We’re looking for a tag trailer like that we would be interested u said it’s 20 ton tho right ?
how does the Hitachi compare with the Volvo for speed here in northern Ireland Hitachi is regarded as the fastest hydraulics
Maybe he's hinting you should have a big loader on the jobsites. LOL. Ahh well,Merry Christmas to All!!
Chris
It might be the air valve that supplies charge air to the emergency or parking brakes on the can.🤔
Merry Christmas and happy name day Christ-opher!
Merry christmas Chris from quebec Canada
Love to see some more of your collection and the new cabinets you have them in. Looks like you have added a lot since the last video
How much for the trailer
Don’t be trying to sell that trailer to Brandon now! 😂
Haa! Exactly where I figured it was going lol!
BurningDinosaurs thankfully, it’s a bit too far away to make it practical or Brandon would be trying to talk me into it 😂
@@mrs.eliteearthworks yes that would be quite the road trip! Maybe if you could hire someone to deliver it. Someone who used to haul cars. Someone who WorksALot?
BurningDinosaurs Jason DOES love going to visit Chris and get trailers....
That would be a perfect fit for Brandon 😁
That was great gifts
Merry Christmas
Vehicle lift,... we don't need no steenkin' vehicle lift! 😜😉😁🤣
