I feel that Ron Bass was an underated star when he wrestled. I remember seeing him when he wrestled for Jim Crockett Promotions from 1984-86. I saw him in Greenwood and Columbia, South Carolina a few times. Thanks for the memories, Ron. You will always be one of the greats in my book.
RON BASS Is One The All Time Great Legends Of WRESTLING.I Use To Read About Him In All The WRESTLING Mags When He Worked For DON OWENS Up In The Pacific NorthWest Before Seeing Him On WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING On TBS In 82. Would Like Yo See His Heel Turn On DUSTY In The World Title Match vs HARLEY RACE.
Scott and Bill irwin wrestled as "The Long Riders" in the AWA and the NWA's Jim Crockett Promotions. In the early 80's Ron Bass wrestled in Florida Championship Wrestling and Jim Crockett Promotions, frequently teaming with Black Bart as The Long Riders in both promotions. So you BOTH are correct;)
ron Bass was Good to Go with me. I liked the Heels. As for Brusier Brody I remember watching Wrestling Promo's on my grandpa's Satelite in the Mid 80s (I was Born in 1980) and remember Brody being a Beast very Physical with Lost of Energy. Fuck Up what Happen to Brusier.

He looks OK. He's like 64 years old. Most fans that remember him, saw him in the early to mid 80's - he was already 40 then.

All I remember about him is the feud with Brutus Beefcake
His finisher was very similar, but instead of dropping to his knees for it, he leapt up and then landed on his butt
It's all fun and good times, til someone brings out the tequila. Lol so true. Great stories.
He looks like a slim version of Dusty Rhodes without the tash. Bass was the original James Storm in my honest opinion
Loved to hate Ron Bass! But it's great hearing the tales and seeing a legend thats looks pretty happy.
He's 59, actually. =D And he has his musstache back now.
