How to use Turbo-smooth with Inset in 3DS MAX

Let's take a Plane ,Clone it.Apply Twist and Taper , Apply Edit Poly ,add Generate Topology.Apply Edit Poly.Do Inset, Apply Shell then apply Turbo-smooth Twice.Again Apply Edit Poly and do Inset.Add color and materials to it.
