I’d be interested to see if you set up the pioneer tool kit as it requires a different front attachment than without the airlift bumper

They have changed the kit and location of the old Pioneer Tool Kit. If I am not mistaken it was from the A2 model and on. It was moved from the rear underneath to the inside of the cabin. On the M1123 it's usually located behind the rear seat. The new kit is called MAX Kit.
I have seen it also mounted on the rear tailgate as well. Hopefully soon I will get a chance to install my MAX Kit and make a video about it!

@@theinspiredjourney I have a M1045A so have the tool kit under the tailgate. Just wondering how easy it is to mount with a bumper. Seen some with this done but the focus is on the bumper not the tool kit.

How many and what size bolts did you end up using when installing the bumper ?

Hey, figure out what size you need and buy in bulk from tractor supply, that's the best way to go. I can't remember the sizes I got and not near my Humvee so I unfortunately can't check at the moment, but I got a big bag of assorted sizes. We had a family situation but will be able to check the sizes soon if you still need that info. Thanks for watching!

Of course you did not use the correct (MS) Military Standard hardware, but for your use, it should cervice. Not sure you realize it, but appears you are "setting-up" YOUR HMMWV for on-road use, not off-road.

Yes, my Humvee is for on-road use at the moment but I would like to learn more about what needs to be done for the off-road use as well and possibly make another video so people have the choice of what route to take and what's needed to be done.
I know I am missing the two outer brackets + Shackles and was told not to drop my Humvee out of an airplane that way... which I am not yet planning to do so anytime soon... But you never know... LOL!

@@theinspiredjourney The outer-most rear shackle points are for Air-LIFTING, not airdropping. In fact that entire rear bumper is actually called an "AIRLIFT REAR CROSSMEMBER."
