I loved his baritone voice and his “look”. Such a clever man.

Well presented as usual, very well recall the first album they did together with Velvet Morning and some fabulous other tracks. Thanks for this as always. RIP Lee, very talented singer and song writer.

He was wasn't he Derek. I didn't realize how much he had done for other artists. Beyond his tough exterior was a man with a heart of gold that enjoyed helping people succeed which is rare these days. Thank you for watching and your lovely comment as always my friend 🥰❤

Another interesting person didn't die of drugs or alcohol 😅 Thank you for the time you put into these things and I look forward to the next one ❤❤❤

If you listen to his lyrics he definitely knew a thing or two about good ol drugs and alcohol...basically how to have a good time. Most people who like to do a little of this in that are just normal people! In his case he just had more talent than most of us. You can use some drugs and have a few drinks without it controlling your life! As Lee did ! Seemed like such a cool dude. I would have had a smoke with him and a few drinks! Then pick his brain!

It's rather sad and a little frightening to discover how many of the old stars who provided the musical backdrop to my growing-up have slipped into the night...

I love how you bring people to our attention who many of us haven’t had a chance to listen to. And your research skills are amazing! Such a vibrant time for music and a life well lived. Thank you my friend!♥️

Some Velvet Morning is one of my favorite songs. At 2:25 that's the Hollywood Bowl. Nancy Sinatra and I are connected on Twitter. How cool is that?
