"Bat ouf of Hell" is one of the best rock albums of all time and the record sales back that up! It's one of those albums that doesn't have one bad song on it, just as we can say about BOSTON and their debut album, which is also one of the greatest rock albums of all time.
He was a powerhouse! Like a romantic era hero with a microphone. I love how he got his name, that’s hilarious. I remember the impact Hot Summer Night had, how epic the whole performance was, just epic and cinematic. Everytime Rocky Horror comes on (I’m a big Tim Curry fan) l crack up at Meatloaf hamming it up. Interesting trivia that Carla de Vito is married to 70’s heartthrob actor Robby Benson, who was in Ice Castles and the film version of the song Ode To Billie Joe. Carla has a good voice but not quite as powerful as Ellen Foley. What an amazing time. Thank you!❤️
Yes they were the good old days for sure! LOVED the Bat Out Of Hell album and all music of that era 🥰 Wish I could travel in a time machine and go back sometimes 💯😁 So glad you enjoyed it and thank you as always for being here loyal friend 🥰👍

Everyone who died in 2020 died of the novel virus. His music was challenging to say the least. While the pistols and clash ect were making life exciting, in the background was Bat out of hell.

The only ever concert I have ever been to.Meatloaf in Perth Australia I think it was in 1985 or 1986. Fantastic concert.
