- There weren’t any disassembly and reassembly videos of the full size Benchmade 9070 Claymore that I could find on TH-cam! Can you believe it? So I had to put my brain to work and develop the step by step reassembly video. Once you understand the sequence, it looks fairly simple, but trust me, 6 hours went into figuring out how this great EDC auto knife goes together. Hopefully it will help you get yours fixed!

I love dis- and/or reassembly videos. Maybe take down an Infidel next. I think its design is underappreciated. Double, opposed locking arms for both open and closed positions being a standout difference from other OTFs.
Excellent video ! I am considering disassembling mine for a dying project, I am used to knives disassembly/reassembly but this one really has many parts just waiting to fly all around 😅

I wonder if there is a way to remove scales without full disassembly (like putting back the liners screws during disassembly to force the mechanism to stay together as the pivot screw is not the pivot)
I tried to take apart a ninety four hundred and that was a big mistake
What happened? Did you get it apart? Were you able to reassemble?

Ended up sending it to bm..they lost it, then sent me what seemed was a factory seconds replacement.

Thanks for uploading this! Unfortunately I think I stretched my second coil spring too much to hook into the tiny hole in the scales. Will try again or send to BM lol
Since you proved your german skills in the last comment section......Tolles Video und spannend zu sehen wie das claymore aufgebaut ist. Gerne hätte ich auch eins aber leider sind die in Deutschland verboten.
