Also, near Pfafftown is the Vienna area, but that is pronounced Vīe-anna, but the parents put Vienna "Ve-yenna" sausages in their kids lunches. Another Winston-Salem neighborhood is called "Buena Vista", pronounced Be-yuna Veesta, completely devoid of the Spanish it comes from. Finally, if you're driving out of Winston towards East Bend there's a lot of things named Leinbach, but everyone pronounces that Line Back and if you're looking for Beauchamp Road, ask for Beecham Road, instead. I would have liked some more still photos to use that negative space on either side of you as you're speaking. Relax and slow down a little, you're doing fine so far. One of my top restaurants to go to is Taqueria Guadalajara on Peter's Creek pkwy near Silas Creek pkwy. It's very authentic and delicious and great prices for the value.
